This is the second time I’ve ordered the hot & sour soup (still one of my favorite dishes) since PFC’s switched to those HORRIBLE “crunchy things” that go in /on top of the soup. They are tasteless and a HUGE disappointment. Even though the soup is still tasty, missing the original fried “crunchies” just cuts the taste and enjoyment of the soup by at least 50%. Our server, Maha, was amazing. Very personable and attentive! It was our 41st Anniversary celebration and we had a great time. We have been in many restaurants throughout our married life, but we must say Maha made such a difference in our total dining experience. It was a pleasure to meet such a sweet person.
