I order a lunch special Mongolian beef. I literally had 3 pieces of beef. I have ordered the lunch special Mongolian beef before at other of PF Chang locations before and received a lot more meat. I paid over 40 dollars for this food. Definitely a waste of money.
Also I ordered chicken fried rice and received small portion of chicken. I don’t know if there was a shortage of meat at this location but obviously there was when it came to my food. I’m very disappointed because I was out of town and I definitely won’t be back when I visit Chattanooga again!!!!

My family and I have ate at PF Changs for many years, Since the one in Knoxville opened. We’ve had many enjoyable meals there. However, on the way back from our vacation we pulled over in Chattanooga and noticed a PF Changs. We haven’t dined at one in quite some time so we thought we’d eat lunch there. While the service was quick and professional, the food was dreadful. The crab wontons tasted like dead rotten fish. The sweet and sour and honey crisp chicken was not entirely horrible but both were dry. The fried rice smelled terrible like dirty dishwater and tasted just as bad. Everything kind of reminded me of Panda Express like it was scooped out of buffet line. Except didn’t taste as good.
On the bright side the dynamite shrimp was pretty good, lo mein noodles on point and the lettuce wraps were the quality we remembered.
The best part of the meal may have been the fortune cookie. Oh and 3 meals with tip was over $100. That may be harder to swallow than the food itself.

I ordered the kung pao beef, however it had no detectable spiciness. It was incredibly salty, but certainly not spicy. We had the dynamite shrimp as an appetizer and those were delicious and very spicy. I was looking forward to that level of spicy in my meal, but was very disappointed. Our server was fabulous. He was quick, sweet, funny and helpful. The restaurant was very clean, as were the bathrooms. We would go back, but next time I would request my spicy food be spicy.

The lettuce wraps were different from what I usually get. The lettuce was coarse with large ribs (that I removed) and unusable as intended. It was more like napa cabbage than lettuce. I miss the iceburg lettuce that use to come with them. Service was great, but there was no offer to comp or adjust the bill.

pretty cool place. im a real big p.f. chang’s enthusiast, and this particular p.f. chang’s location might be the best i’ve ever visited. the vibes are immaculate, and this really put the pf in p.f. chang’s. i don’t actually know what that last sentence meant, but this place is really fire. shout out to my server, anna, who’s vibes were top tier. i was rockin with her energy and ykw i think the world rocks with anna too. she’s the goat. anyway i ate a lot of fried rice and my stomach is really full right now. good stuff yo
