Loved everything we ate. Good service, beautiful views and ambiance! The only downside was there was a noisy group near us. There is a dress code, so my husband took his hat off- wasn't a problem, just be aware before you go!

Paloma is one of my favorite spots in town. Great location on the rooftop of the Westin (best hotel in town). Bartenders make excellent cocktails and are very attentive. Archie, Tayla, Bailey, Adrian are all very friendly and take good care of the patrons. I order the Clint Eastwood cocktail which is similar to a Manhattan. They make the best. Food menu is good, not great. I ordered the Empanadas and I would order them again.

Nice view. The waitress was very nice. I was taking a call and was distracted and she took my drink before I was done 😩 it was a really good drink too! Other than that the food was good. Also it was “happy hour” and she didn’t tell us. I wish I knew, before we order anything.

Went on a stormy Friday with my wife but had a great time. The food was delicious and our waitress was a good time!
Maybe because we came on a rainy day, the service was upped but my wife and I had a great time.
We started off with the bacon wrapped dates, calamari, and truffle fries before having their steak with a red chimichuri. It was so good and their musical entertainment was awesome too!

My evening was so good, the food, the drink, I forgot my phone. The next day (today) I went toe Westin Hotel, and they had maintenance search and rescue my phone from the closed Paloma. I may have under rated the atmosphere, but the outside deck has an advantage, no one else can eavesdrop on your conversation very easily.

Writing this LIVE I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes to get my appetizer honestly it’s a shame because the atmosphere is amazing and sadly haven’t been able to try the food. If you have 3 hours to kill to wait for food good luck

I didn't eat there so it's a 1 for not knowing. The service was the worst I've seen in quite some time. 3 bartenders behind the bar and not a 1 of them knew what the word hustle means! I stood waiting for drinks for 20+minutes and never got them and this was right before midnight on New Years Eve. Horrible service and everyone of them needs replaced because they are not right for that job!! Thought that was how great bartenders made amazing money by getting it done behind the bar and getting nice tips because they are recognized for there work!! These 3 acted like they should get paid for just being there and literally watching paint dry would be more exciting!!!
