I'm a big fan of rooftop settings. This was the perfect evening to have dinner. It felt fallish and the night was clear. In addition, there was good energy amongst the patrons and service was incredible. A good place to eat, drink, and admire the beauty of Chattanooga.
Loved everything we ate. Good service, beautiful views and ambiance! The only downside was there was a noisy group near us. There is a dress code, so my husband took his hat off- wasn't a problem, just be aware before you go!
Paloma is one of my favorite spots in town. Great location on the rooftop of the Westin (best hotel in town). Bartenders make excellent cocktails and are very attentive. Archie, Tayla, Bailey, Adrian are all very friendly and take good care of the patrons. I order the Clint Eastwood cocktail which is similar to a Manhattan. They make the best. Food menu is good, not great. I ordered the Empanadas and I would order them again.
