I decided to place an online order for lunch today since I had a meeting to get back to and didn’t have much time. Because I was in a rush, I couldn’t double-check the contents of my order before leaving. I specifically asked the worker/cashier to confirm everything was in the bag—orange chicken, the new shrimp entrée, chow mein, and spring rolls—and she assured me it was all there.
Unfortunately, when I got back to my office, I realized the orange chicken was completely missing. This was extremely frustrating because I had paid for it and relied on the staff's word that everything was included. I didn’t have time to go back due to my meeting, so not only was I left with an incomplete meal, but I was also left feeling disappointed and frankly, a bit ripped off.
While I take some responsibility for not double-checking the order myself, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect accuracy when I’m told my order is complete. The food that was included was okay—warm, not hot—but I can’t say I fully enjoyed it knowing a key part of my meal was missing.
This is the kind of careless mistake that turns customers away. It’s a simple fix: staff need to be trained to double-check every order and ensure customers walk out with everything they paid for. Sadly, after this experience, I don’t see myself returning to Panda Express. It's disappointing to pay full price and walk away with less.

Me and my family came to eat here the other day. Generally we all love the food they have over here one of our favorite family spots. Today was different though the food was still to our liking just had a taste I couldn’t put my finger on until I did notice the roof leaking in the back next to where they make the food! I had to point it out and tell them but the younger girl didn’t seem concerned and I’m sure it didn’t get passed onto management. This needs to be dealt with immediately as it is an health concern no telling what is leaking into the food until it is dealt with me and my family will not be back. Just wanted to make someone aware thanks.
I go here all the time, the employees are hard workers and very nice.
If you don’t want to stand in line after ordering your food with NO ONE in front of you and 10 people plus a Manager working and your food getting cold do not come here. My husband and I ordered our food and everyone ignored us to pay. Literally he had to yell HELLO and no one looked up or said sorry or here let me help NOTHING!! The manager doesn’t ever n need to be there she’s too busy talking and laughing with everyone to pay attention what’s going on. It happened to the couple behind us as well. All the kids working could do was walk around with their arms crossed, laugh and ignore the fact they are at work. The manager was no better, and this place needs to get its crap together.
First time in this new Panda Express. I got the Orange Chicken & fried rice. It was good. I really wanted a Sweet and Sour chicken, but they said they don't serve it there.

I arrived 5 min after they opened and waited at the drive-through for a few minutes, no one took my order. I thought I might have the hours wrong, so I went to the front door and saw they were open, so I went in instead. Three different employees looked at me, but nobody spoke to me. After a few minutes of being ignored, I decided to leave. Horrible service. Employees were late and no one even acknowledged me.

Went here opening week and was surprised at how terrible it was. Rice was crunchy, food was not very saucy. Ok growing pains I'll come back in a month. Somehow worse. I thought panda Express just sucks then ok.
So I started working in Cleveland and Panda Express was near and convenient so I went. And man was it delicious. Fluffy delicious rice, fresh hot food. So I went a few more times delicious.
So now I'm addicted and live in Hixson so I went to this one again. Same crap. Crunchy rice, crap old food (and this is noon). And then again same thing. Please fix this store.

I enjoy Panda Express food, but this location looks understaffed - the only person working for walk-in orders seemed very harried and it took a while to get service. I really like the string bean chicken, but they tend to make it to order, so when I asked for some, they made a big deal about how long it would take for them to make. I got a plate with other things and had to ask for them to go ahead and make the rest of the plate so I could eat on that while they made the string bean chicken. Then they totally forgot about bringing me the rest once they made it! I had to go ask for it, and ask for it to be put into a take out container. I see how getting the rest of my plate made led to them forgetting about the rest of my meal, but they were more than happy to let me pay for food that I didn't eat. I think the morale of this story is that if there's not string bean chicken already in the wok at the counter, get something else if you're doing a walk-in order. I'd stick to ordering string bean chicken when I order in the app, to give them time to make it before I come pick it up. They really need to streamline this one dish so it doesn't take 15 minutes to make every time someone orders it.

Unfortunately we came 45 minutes before they closed and they had no food besides 2 options of meat. Online it says you close the kitchen at 9... they told us it closed at 830/845. There were 5 of us, 3 people behind us and a couple that walked in behind us. 45 min before closing not cooking anything else is a bit excessive. We grabbed food from another place.
