Every time they say it's going to be 3 minutes to finish our food, it takes closer to 15 minutes. Also, they are frequently out of broccoli and kale for the power greens, which we love.

Went back again after a while. They had to cook mushroom chicken for use when we ordered to go 40 minutes prior. We sat waiting in the parking lot for the notification that it was ready. Gave up. Went to the drive through. They didn't have it ready for our kid's meal. The offered too replace it with beef and broccoli. We got 4
pieces of broccoli and a nibble of beef. Burned Rangoon. They offered us a side item for our trouble. We asked the apple rolls. We got a bunch of apple chips. No sauces, which we had on the online order we put in. Plenty of fortune cookies and zero eating utensils and napkins.

I don't know why we keep going back.

Came for the $35 family box and enjoyed it! Good value. Also thoroughly enjoyed Olivia's service. She was friendly, observant, positive, and thoughtful. She saw my young kiddos and included some plastic knives so I could cut the chicken for them, gave us extra teriyaki sauce because it pared well with our entree, etc. Impressive service, good going Olivia.

Found it very unprofessional that I wasn't greated and ask what I wanted instead I had to stand there for 3 mins while the employees had a conversation im already waiting on service for a doordash amd now I've missed an opportunity to eat lunch because now I dont have time very unprofessional and the snarky ha e a nice day was uncalled for. I will not spend my money in this location and I will make sure others know how unprofessional this one is

I always order ahead and it is always perfect. This has been added to our monthly rotation and could not ask for a better pick up atmosphere. I never have to wait it is always ready right on time and piping hot.

I decided to place an online order for lunch today since I had a meeting to get back to and didn’t have much time. Because I was in a rush, I couldn’t double-check the contents of my order before leaving. I specifically asked the worker/cashier to confirm everything was in the bag—orange chicken, the new shrimp entrée, chow mein, and spring rolls—and she assured me it was all there.

Unfortunately, when I got back to my office, I realized the orange chicken was completely missing. This was extremely frustrating because I had paid for it and relied on the staff's word that everything was included. I didn’t have time to go back due to my meeting, so not only was I left with an incomplete meal, but I was also left feeling disappointed and frankly, a bit ripped off.

While I take some responsibility for not double-checking the order myself, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect accuracy when I’m told my order is complete. The food that was included was okay—warm, not hot—but I can’t say I fully enjoyed it knowing a key part of my meal was missing.

This is the kind of careless mistake that turns customers away. It’s a simple fix: staff need to be trained to double-check every order and ensure customers walk out with everything they paid for. Sadly, after this experience, I don’t see myself returning to Panda Express. It's disappointing to pay full price and walk away with less.

Me and my family came to eat here the other day. Generally we all love the food they have over here one of our favorite family spots. Today was different though the food was still to our liking just had a taste I couldn’t put my finger on until I did notice the roof leaking in the back next to where they make the food! I had to point it out and tell them but the younger girl didn’t seem concerned and I’m sure it didn’t get passed onto management. This needs to be dealt with immediately as it is an health concern no telling what is leaking into the food until it is dealt with me and my family will not be back. Just wanted to make someone aware thanks.

If you don’t want to stand in line after ordering your food with NO ONE in front of you and 10 people plus a Manager working and your food getting cold do not come here. My husband and I ordered our food and everyone ignored us to pay. Literally he had to yell HELLO and no one looked up or said sorry or here let me help NOTHING!! The manager doesn’t ever n need to be there she’s too busy talking and laughing with everyone to pay attention what’s going on. It happened to the couple behind us as well. All the kids working could do was walk around with their arms crossed, laugh and ignore the fact they are at work. The manager was no better, and this place needs to get its crap together.

First time in this new Panda Express. I got the Orange Chicken & fried rice. It was good. I really wanted a Sweet and Sour chicken, but they said they don't serve it there.
