I like the downtown atmosphere but the homeless and beggers tend to make you feel usafe. Clean that up and you will improve your business.

Service sucks, the employees attitudes are beyond what I have ever seen, I went to get a drink the other day and I seen a male employee standing behind the lemonades at the line where they make the food he was on his phone not helping the other lady like she had asked him multiple times but he continued to be on his phone texting, that's not very professional, and the other employee she has very bad attitude if she's making food she makes it wrong, or gives dirty looks to the customers that's not professional either, if you don't wanna work then don't be there, if your gonna be rude to your customers who come in daily then don't go into work, if you can't be nice to youe customers than you don't need to work at a food place!

First time coming to Panera and chose this location due to how close to home it was. Not only was my bread bowl and my partner's soup cold but my food was made as dine in despite asking for it to be for to go. Very disappointed that this is how my first ever visit went. Luckily the cashier, Natasha, was super helpful and sweet when helping my partner address our issue.

Went there for dinner about 3:30, ordered our meals & went over got our drinks, then to find a table, while looking around i see that more than half of the tables were dirty & there was no one eating at the time, so we found one & got our food, the food was okay, while we were eating a homeless person that we seen up the road earlier going thru a trash can found a drink cup that someone threw away & kept it, came in to the restaurant & went to the beverage station & filled his cup up that he got out of the trash, then went outside, DISGUSTING! Then after that a women with a toddler came in with a sippy cup & filled it up & left. Do not know if they have a manager but they need to be fired. We will not be back.

Miss Alicia our cashier was very rude 2 times once to me and once to my girlfriend the second time I was looking at the menu closely because my eyes were hurting and she got an attitude with me and told me to move back when I was more then 6 feet away from the customer at the register

Online ordering not available and two employees doing nothing while one other takes care of customers. What should have been a quick in and out to pick up an order turned into 20 minutes and would have been longer if I waited on the coffee pack I needed. I wonder why you’re struggling to stay in business?!
Morel is exceptional, give her a raise! Excellent place to get breakfast before work.

Horrible service, I was traveling here for 10 day I usually enjoy Panera bread, this one the service is awful!
Have to look for a drink every time I order on app, they won’t make it till you ask even tho the app says it’s ready.
Order 2 sandwiched with a side a bread, no butter no anything that is necessary to eat.
I calmly say to one of the employees how awful the service is, the other employee says (well y does he come here) absolutely right! I’ll fill the survey and cancel my subscription.

My second time coming there hearing the staff being talked to so rudely, next time I will say something, I don’t know where Mark is but he needs to head back down to that Panera and straighten him out. Very smart comment, smart reply, talked to is like we’re dumb, I’ve been coming to this location for 15 plus years and never been talked to like this I love Alicia but the manager is rude.

Me and my husband went there Saturday June 21st, the manager was so mean to the ladies working there, there was a strong smell of some type of chemical, one lady was coughing so bad and the other lady was talking to another lady and said she couldn’t breathe, the manager then said if you can’t breathe then go home in a very snobby, mean way and the girls where so nice but the manager was very rude, unprofessional & a snobb, me & my husband will never return! And the people at the tables next to us said the same thing he’s rude they need a new manager they are way to nice and respectful to get talked to like that infront of customers, I wonder what he says when customers aren’t around
