Panera Bread

Went for a bakers dozen bagels + cream cheese, and two lattes. The latte's were possibly the worst I've ever had. Poorly steamed milk, and a terrible choice of bean. They also forgot one of the cream cheese tubs. The bagels were good however.

I was a General Manager for fast casual restaurants. This store's General Manager is setting their crew up for failure. I have a drive through order with only 2 cars in front of me, I ordered right away with no wait. The time on my receipt was 6:07pm, I didn't get my food until after 6:40. That's ridiculous for a drive thru. When I worked for Panera our goals were to have food out in less than 5 mins. At this point I won't expect things to change as this experience was not my first disappointment at this location. Either staff more employees, or close your drive through permanently. The employees were kind and apologetic but gave no warning at the time of ordering that I would be waiting in a running car for more than 30 mins.

Complete failure by management because they know they'll be busy even if their customer experience is in the gutter. Staff better and set your team up for success.

I have a little 85 year old friend with ibs and other issues who has to be very careful with food. I wanted to treat her to something exciting to eat at home. I looked thru several menus at different restaurants. Then I thought Panera To Go! I chose the Italian Steak sandwich, it comes with arugula but I knew that would upset her stomach. The preparer suggested basil, perfect! I took it to her and she loved it! No complications! Friends with sensitive health issues can enjoy different foods too! You just have to research before you order! Google makes it easy! That's Google!

Have been here multiple times and things are rarely out correctly. I was told it would be 10 minutes for my food. I’ve now been here for 30 and asked what was going on and was told it would be at least another 10 minutes. If you can only see 8 orders at a time something in your system needs to be fixed sincerely another food service worker. This is ridiculous and the response of no apologies but instead attitude is rude and unprofessional.

I ordered on the app and it took a long time for my order to be prepared. It was lunch and a packed place but it was still about 15 min wait for food.

We have tried this Panera a few times just in case the first experience was a fluke. Unfortunately it wasn’t. The employees, while very nice, can never seem to get an order finished in time. I’ve called in orders for 7:30 on multiple occasions, come 8am they still aren’t ready. We won’t be using anymore.

This is the 3rd time I have come to this Panera and had terrible service. I have kept hoping it would improve at this location. They simply cannot keep up with their orders there or are constantly understaffed . I waited 50 minutes today and never got my food . I had to return to work from my lunch break without ever eating . I won’t be back. It sad because this used to be a place I frequented when it was at the old location.

They did not have any of the bagels I wanted to order. Would be nice if they would try to make sure that they had one of the most popular bagel daily. Very disappointed and bagels is what I love Panera for ! Next time I’ll call before fighting traffic.

We went for breakfast before continuing our way to our destination. The food was fresh and tasty. Place clean. Service fast. The lady took care of us with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable. Will definitely go back if we visit that area again.
