Very poor customer service especially the drive through. The person handling drive through made it quite a difficult task by not handing our food nor handing the cc machine. She obviously felt put out. A disappointing service from a place I frequently visited in the past.

The staff at Panera Bread in Hixson is truly outstanding—always smiling, attentive, and eager to make your visit pleasant. The food tastes clean and wholesome, and it’s one of my favorite spots to unwind.

By far, without fail, the SLOWEST drive thru line ever. There is zero sense of urgency in the drive thru.

Food is fine but don’t ever use the drive through. You’ll be in line 30-45 minutes on a slow day. Unless you’re driving a large SUV there’s no getting out of it as there is a curb that you have to drove over. This is every day.

I love the Panera brand. But this Hixson Tn location was disappointing this go around. We had lack of service and out of special teas. I will give them another shot to improve rating.

The saddest “sandwich” I’ve ever seen in my life. It was two giant hunks of hard bread with tiny little tomato’s and a sliver of cheese. The modern caprese used to be my favorite sandwich. I don’t know what this abomination is but I was ripped off bad.

Sadly, since the franchise was bought out my new owners, it’s no longer a great place to eat. Definitely not healthy anymore.
We liked the old Panera bread so much better had a much warmer atmosphere… Much more welcoming.
