Went placed an order got back and realized the order was just not right at all. I took the food back and said I need to return this because the order is wrong. We'll a few mins the GM brought my order and gave give more thamy order and apologized I was very pleased on how I was treated I give them 10 stars.
Hixson has best Panera bread in Chattanooga have to be a little patient with them service but honestly they have great customer service food always correct staff well maintained will definitely returning love that Broccoli cheddar soup also store very clean
Very clean and quick service. Parking is a bit tight when it's busy. I wish they would have a different method of announcing orders. Yelling out names really loud is not creating a nice atmosphere to eat and relax. I felt like the noise level from the kitchen was particularly high here.
