I stopped in to get coffee before a meeting. I decided to go to the restroom before ordering. After walking through the restaurant and into the bathroom I decided to just keep on walking out the back door.
The bathroom was dirty from top to bottom. The bathroom is so disgusting I decided to go to a gas station instead.
They really need to clean this up.

Placed an online order and drove in to pick it up. It was 15 minutes past the promised ready time. Left me with time to look around as I'd never been inside this particular location. I was dismayed to notice that the floors were absolutely filthy. Didn't look like it had been washed in a while.

Panera is an Italian word, which means bread time. Its cuisine is not Italian, but Italian inspired. We all basically chose the pick 2 package. From the soups menu, we choose the broccoli soup, corn soup and chicken noodle soup. From the sandwich menu, we chose tuna salad, BBQ chicken sandwich and Italian steak and Mozzarella sandwiches. All of them were delicious and healthy. Very spacious parking area is available. Service is basically self service but their communication was good.

The food and drinks are way too expensive. I just got a drink because I had a leftover gift card from a few years back that had like 3.50 on it. Wasn't enough to cover the cost of the drink even.

Panera I have always loved .When I lived in Hendersonville I never ever had an issue with a single thing . If I ordered DoorDash, came in , OR EVEN ORDERED OVER THE PHONE !!!! They would let me come in and pay cash for it . Like what kinda of place are you that doesn’t allow that?? “Just wanna promote the app” oh okay . Yeah screw your regulars . Who literally come here 2-3 times A WEEK!! Hendersonville, they were always there and showed that customer service aspect . Here? In Chattanooga? Oh right here at this location they suck. They don’t care . Don’t care that hey all I have is cash, just worked 65 hours this is just all I have is cash. (I’m a server) “oh no we don’t allow that, have to do it through our app” really? Well guess what?? Yes I still wanted your food , came in. Got a Togo order. And paid IN CASH! OMFG ! Imagine that!!! Ya pissed me off . Now I don’t think Panera will be my easy go to anymore . Now I just think this location just sucks. At least Hendersonville knew what they were doing . They actually cared. Guess it’s true about chatt. Everyone here just sucks and doesn’t care .
