I would give this zero stars if I could. I just spent 35 minutes waiting for a simple soup and sandwich order at the Shallowford Road location. In what world does it take over half an hour to put soup in a bowl and meat on bread? To make matters worse, they have absolutely no system for notifying customers when their food is ready. No pagers, no name call-outs—nothing. Our food sat on the counter getting ice cold while we sat there like mind readers, eventually realizing the abandoned tray on the counter was actually ours. The lack of urgency and basic communication is pathetic. If you value your time (or want to eat food that’s actually warm), go literally anywhere else. Will never come back.

Food was decent. One of very few places you can get soup. They were out of bread bowls. Fireplace was nice. Place was clean. Service was meh. Ordering through a tablet reduces social interactions these days.

A lot of respect For staff at Panera.Susan the cashier moves the line! Overall it’s a good store. Word to wise: theu hot a bit of a crush on air conditioning so keep a coat handy.!Oatmeal is great and bagels really good

Ordered French onion soup, it got to me lukewarm with gloppy cheese and a couple of soggy croutons. Sandwich was ok. Also gave me THE WORST apple I've had in a very long time, it had no flavor whatsoever. Place was dirty, trash on tables.
