Mannn, THIS Papa John’s got it RIGHT tonight! I got my whole order just as i ordered it on the app! They made it with care and everything was on POINT! I work in the industry and more often than not I’m disappointed by delivery orders. People just don’t put that much love into it. But, I gotta give them their props tonight! Andddd my order arrived 15 minutes early 🎉 Great job y’all!

They did it. They merged or replaced their delivery service with DoorDash, and it vastly improved the customer experience. Pizza was hot. Arrived under 45 minutes. Great improvement.

The pizza was what you would expect from a Papa John's. Tasted decent, the staff was friendly and the app was working to order it. This location recently installed a buzzer to let you in so you have to ring the door buzzer first for security reasons. Ample Parking.

This place is except for the green hair cashier. I tried to add a Buffalo sauce cup since the app didn't give me the option. I was met with "ugh that can't be added on a pick up order" as I was handed a receipt and pen. She demanded I leave a good tip because she needs the money and it is split between the store employees. I walked over to the cooler beside the counter to get a drink. With my hand on the door she yells that I'm not allowed behind the counter which gets the managers attention. She proceeds to tell him that I'm trying to grab other orders since mine wasn't done yet. I said I was just trying to buy a drink, and he says "oh ok. We'll I'm walking next door to get a swisher. You want one too?" Which was directed to this green hair person. Definitely the worst store I've been to and won't be back. I think next time I want pizza I'll just go to DOMINOS or gas station.

I sat in the lobby today waiting for my order and watched a doordahser cuss out the manager all because she asked them to confirm the order and when she refused her husband then come in and cussed out the manager all because the wife refused to follow policy on confirming an order. The manager Bethany did everything she was supposed to do but that doordasher and the husband was in the wrong. The employees at broad street do their jobs, and make sure we as customers are taking care of and our food comes out right and perfect every time. Please make sure you treat others with respect because what I saw today towards that poor manager Bethany was extremely uncalled for and rude. Please make sure you treat everyone how you would want to be treated. Good job Bethany on handling that situation very professional and making sure that even though they were cussing and rude, you kept it professional and was kind to them and everyone else after that. I will always come to broad street papa johns because of Bethany and the amazing staff there!

The store has the most unprofessional rude and degenerate manager ever she tried to have one of her employees lay hands on my spouse cussed me so if you ever have to deal with management here make sure it's not
The service at this place was horrible. We were on the road travelling and ordered ahead. It said it was ready, and it was, but when we arrived, there were plenty of employees working at the very front but not one greeted us or took care of us or even acknowledged us. There was a larger lady with tattoos putting boxes and stickers up and handling the dough for the pizza but wouldn't look at any of the people walking in the door. Several walked in behind me and we stood in line together while the employees ignored us. When someone from the back finally came up, she couldn't even find my order although the box was sitting there the whole time. This team is NOT A TEAM and could care less about the customers. Now the scoring in google makes all kind of sense. Do not go to this location. Absolutely horrible!
