Can't really rate the food since we never got it! Waited an hour and fifteen minutes before calling and we were told they didn't have any drivers so door dash was to deliver it, said someone came in took the pizza and took off walking down the road with it. Didn't have the decency to even call to let us know. We would have understood and would have just picked it up if we would have known there was an issue. Also called 5 times and couldn't get through to anyone, finally called in as a new order and picked up right away! Terrible Customer Service!

I am a regular orderer of this place and this is the second time my pizza has been delivered in an hr plus . I’m right down the street . Will not be ordering here anymore … still waiting for the food while I put this review in

I deliver for DoorDash and I had an order come through for this Papa John's on Broad Street they ordered a 2 ltr Pepsi but I was given a 2 ltr Pepsi zero. When I went back into the store to try to get them to make it right they told me no they could not give me the the 2 l because I didn't come back the same day instead I went and purchased a 2 l Pepsi and took it to my customer the day that that

Did not realize u couldn't get ur own drinks they r rite beside counter went to get 2 drinks and the lady snap at me and told me I couldn't get them and was rude the entire time while getting our orders I said I was sorry and still she was being rude saying she been rob to many times then move the drinks away from the front

A gluten free crust, cheese, with Roma tomatoes was terrible. The crust was burnt and brown. Seemed like canned tomatoes were used, if they were Roma, why wouldn't they just be tomato slices like everyone else uses? See the photos. I've had this brand in many cities over the past few years and it's been fine, that's why I mistakenly chose it tonight. Why would anyone send this out of the store to a customer and not remake it? This is quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever had.
