I go to a few different Papa John's in my area. They are both consistent with great quality pizza and desserts. The people that work there go above and beyond to make sure your happy when you leave. I would give 10 stars if possible.

My daughter just had to have Papa John's this afternoon/evening. Which is fine because I love their pizza too. We ordered and paid for in the app. We got there a little earlier for our pick up, so the pizza still had about 4-5 minutes. After our time was up, pizza was hot and ready to go. My daughter ordered a few extra cheese sauces and did not get them. But we were already heading down the highway when she realized that they were missing. Other than that, everything was good.

Do not go to this place they are very rude and nasty ,give you a half done pizza and expect you to be ok with it and then the little old man that work up front needs to be fired cause he be eating and fixing food at the same time,picking up stuff off the floor while handling your food ,coming from outside not washing hands and just jumping back on food line to prepare your food ,this place I never see nobody washing hands not even to the manager with his lo down self ..like duhh you would think if you pay for your food there you want it to look it's best but no that half done manager is terrible and the place of work is unsanitary..so if you need good clean pizza without all the mess ,don't go here cause he will have done your food and talk junk after like it's coming out of his pockets,boy bye ..you to rude ,you of all people suppose to treat your papa John customers with grace..duhh have a great day

Dirt and hair in our pizza. I bit down on a marble sized price of dirt in my pizza. I pulled a long hair from it too. I think it came from the ground. That's disgusting. Had to rinse and repeat to get the grit out of my mouth. We'll see if I get sick from whatever filth I just ate.

The pizza and brownies were fantastic as always. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Bring your kiddo with you when you pick up and they can pick out a cool sticker. Definitely recommend it's a weekly treat at our house.

I've always loved Papa Johns over any other pizza chain. My family does pizza night "EVERY FRIDAY".... I've ordered carry out from this location for the last 3 weeks and the staff here are very friendly! Quality of the pizza is excellent! This location is definitely my new Friday stop after work for dinner!

I ordered a pizza on 4/12/2024 at 9:38pm. When the pizza arrived at my house it wasn't what I ordered. I called to address the mistake. The guy, that answered the phone hung up on me. I then, packed the pizza up and took it back to the Papa John's that's a half mile away. Upon, arriving at the store. I asked the guy if he was the person that hung up on me. A woman interjected and said she was a general manager. And, that she would remake the pizza. I agreed. She then, told me to wait outside. I asked why and there's chairs inside. She then stated that either I wait outside or sit down. I told her I am fine where I am. She told me to sit down. I told her that I am grown, and you can't make me sit down. She stated this again. I told her to give me back my money. She said, not today. I said, why not. Her answer, I am calling the police. Which she did. The police arrived, I told them what happened. They went into the store and came out with my refund. This was totally ridiculous and unprofessional. How can you justify, your mistake by calling the police.

First impressions are positive. The pizza wasn't cooked as much as I liked, but the wings were fantastical! I'm sure they will work out the kinks eventually.
The store in the 3900 block of Hixson Pike has always has problems with properly executing orders, but tonight their complete incompetence and absence of customer service left me ALMOST speechless, upset, and in disbelief. First, as usual, they screwed up our order and gave us the wrong pizza. Upon arriving home with it my husband noticed the mistake. It is Sunday evening and they close early so we called them to see what they could do. The "man" who picked up the phone barked, "THANK UOU FOR CALLING PAPA JOHNS. WE ARE CLOSED", and hung up on me. called back and began to tell him about the mix up only to be barked at and hung up on again. I called a third time and he threatened to call the police on us... for making a phone call after paying for food that we did not receive! Unbelievable! The level of rudeness, incompetence, and threatened misuse of police resources leaves me absolutely sure I will never do business with this ridiculous store again. It is run by a manager who is without basic human decency and the staff looks to be in middle school. Order from ANYWHERE else!
