Associates were very nice the pie was terrible cheese was like it had been over cooked the crust was over cooked

Received the worst pizza I attempted to eat in my life. Crust was brick hard. Threw it away. Sent a complaint to corporate. Response was I would get a satisfaction guarantee on my next order. In other words, I got shafted. There will not be another order.

If I could have put NO STAR I would've, this place is HORRIBLE & it made it very clear as to why I have stayed away from Papa John's in over a decade. I gave it another shot (totally against my greater judgement) & join in with my team at work & of course I got screwed out of $10 for their Papadia, was loaded with onions in which i specifically, directly placed the order for it to be without it, I am allergic to onions & being a nurse, I almost had an anaphylactic reaction had i not looked before I gouged into it, you could only imagine one's hunger while working blood, sweat & tears & you finally get real, solid food. After speaking with the unprofound manager- Malik who did ABSOLUTELY nothing to resolve this matter, very flat & unempathetic. Hey, Thanks a million Malik, I appreciate your heartlessness in rekindling my mind about this establishment.

The spinach was slimy, pizza cold, crust was hard and no flavor. Breadstick box was drenched in grease… We will stick with Domino’s.

I ordered a couple of pizzas to serve our volunteers for our medical clinic and I was blown away at how thorough and kind everyone was that I encountered from calling in to picking up! Kudos to Brainerd Papa John's. Volunteers in Medicine, Chattanooga will be ordering again soon!

This is the new "New York style" Pizza after 3 and 1/2 years of Bidenomics. 50% less toppings and 40% smaller butter sauce.

Good pizza, friendly staff. A bit quiet inside, a bench for people waiting for orders wouldn't go unappreciated but overall excellent location.

I used to work here, however many things have changed and it is completely different than when I was an employee, however they have definitely maintained the awesome taste and deliciousness that I am fond of and admire. Plus the general manager is a pretty cool dude and has smoothly and graciously led that store and his team for many years now.

They gave me the wrong pizza and then the pizza I did receive was almost inedible because the pizza has no sauce or cheese in the middle and caused it to bubble up. I would not recommend this location at all.

Never had a bad smelling pizza, but this thing smelt sour? I don't even know how you do that, I'm not sure if it was rancid. We tried to eat a slice thinking it may be a cheese thing but it was off. I had ordered two weeks prior and it was just fine not sure what they did to this thing. 40$ overall in the trash, we couldn't trust the rest of the order.
