Never had a bad smelling pizza, but this thing smelt sour? I don't even know how you do that, I'm not sure if it was rancid. We tried to eat a slice thinking it may be a cheese thing but it was off. I had ordered two weeks prior and it was just fine not sure what they did to this thing. 40$ overall in the trash, we couldn't trust the rest of the order.

Lookout Panera! Papa Johns is now serving their own version of the soup in bread bowl and this one is family sized! Granted, it's not what I ordered... all I wanted was a stuffed crust chicken alfredo pizza for my wife... I paid over $20 for the pizza before tax, delivery, and tip last night... didn't see the state of the pizza until the driver had already left.... I ordered on the papa johns app and, to my surprise, there was no where that I could find to report a problem with the order.... unbelievable... my wife literally ate this monstrosity with a spoon. I ordered two pizzas, cheese sticks, and 6 wings which cost over $60 before tip... let this be a lesson... I got ripped off... you don't have to.... stay away from this papa johns. Part of the reason my wife only ate the filling was because the dough of the pizza was still gooey and undercooked.... which is probably why it was so easy for all the toppings to go slipping and sliding all over the place.... that, and a delivery driver that obviously doesn't know how to handle pizzas...

We order large pizza orders from here regularly for employee luncheons. Pizza is always great quality and delivered on time. Today we called them, knowing lots of people were closed for snow. They took our order over the phone for 12 pizzas and had it delivered to us in under an hour. Thank you Papa John's team for your great quality and service!

Whoever I spoke to tonight claiming to be the manager — was garbage. My boyfriend was on hold (for I’m not even exaggerating) 42 minutes. When I finally call from my phone — I wanted to inquire about why he had us on hold for 42 minutes and he just keep lying saying his side got disconnected thinking I’m dumb and don’t know how phones work. If his side got disconnected then our phone would have hung up yet we still had the waiting or on hold music playing. So that’s a lie. Even if that’s the case why wouldn’t they call back using the callback feature most pizza places have??? Seriously the most ridiculous thing I’ve had to go through when trying to order a pizza. Offered no help or an actually reason for this & was quick to get an attitude. It was a man I spoke to on 11/26 at 7:30ish. No manager in the world would have acted so unprofessionally. 42 minutes yall.

I live approximately 1.8 miles away from this location. I have ordered delivery from them multiple times via the app. For some reason my app was not working, and after calling to try and order over the phone for delivery the rude woman that answered the phone told me they didn’t deliver to my address. I told her I had gotten delivery from them many times in the past, but she dismissed me quickly. Horrible customer service period.

We bin a Papa John's customer for a long time. We ordered for delivery earlier thi week and what a mess it took for ever to arrive. When it did come it was cold my told the driver it was cold he said he couldn't get it in the hot carrier so he just put it on top.

They made the best pizza my wife and I have ever eaten. Awesome quality, quick service, and great proportions of toppings. Definitely got the perfect amount of bang for your buck. We highly recommend the new garlic stuff crust pizzas. We didn't get the spicy one but if you like spicy garlic I'm sure it will please.

I have ordered from this location for almost two years & I don’t foresee myself ordering from here again anytime soon. For the last several times I have not received almost 5 dollars in sauces. After the 4th time I called the store & explained the situation & simply asked for the sauce to be refunded. I was met with a horrible, unhelpful & extremely rude employee telling me she couldn’t do that & never once offered a solution until I continued to ask more questions. The next order a couple weeks later was fine. Fast forward to the most recent order- I got my sauces- however they were literally soured. They smelled & tasted awful & one of the sauces had a bloated lid like it had been sitting out & going bad for a while.This location has gone down hill tremendously & I encourage if anyone from the company checks these reviews to also check in on how your employees are running this store.

Food Was Stunningly Beautiful and Delicious, they cooked it on time and my food was piping hot how I like it! The entire staff was very kind to me and welcomed me in like family. Best Service I've received all month, the store was clean and offered me everything from plates to cups to sauces , seasonings. Overall the Ambiance was very appealing and I will always choose this location when it comes to pizza spots they are so on point and awesome!
