This is more on the online component to calling the store wondering where my pizza was.
I get assured of a time frame, I'm now past that frame. I'm tired of the drivers thinking they are playing the smart game doing out of the way deliveries first putting close by deliveries massively behind.
My wife is pregnant, I'm a 7 minute drive door to door. Unless that other delivery was 35 minutes in an abstract direction. Why did I not get my pizza?
Also it's absolutely absurd to try and use Election Night as an excuse, that isn't a traffic heavy day.
So - now that we're at 40 minutes plus, I'll update when it actually gets here and it's condition.

Just got two pizzas from here. Hardly any cheese. And the cheese might have covered 60% of the pizza. Everytime we have ordered here it’s been like this.

We normally have no issues at all. This time was different. Missing half the toppings we asked for and the toppings we asked to be removed was left on. Not a problem to pick off, but sure would have liked the toppings we asked for. The taste was even off.

All the toppings are jumbled in middle or on just half the pizza can count 2 pieces of sausage and not much of the sides added evenly at all for the Works added. Disappointed.
Why is it you are sending all your take out calls OVERSEAS? Can't understand a word they say and it's literally a 15 min call to do simple order because of the language barrier. Your service has taken a nose dive and is very impersonal at that. What a shame.

⚠️CALL CENTER IS A SCAM⚠️Called to place a togo order, and was directed to a call center with terrible back ground noise and someone who didn’t sound like they were from this country. Redialed the store number to speak with the manager and he informed me he couldn’t take my order and I needed to call the call center. If I wanted to give my credit card information over the phone to a prince in Africa I wouldn’t expect to call my local pizza joint to do so. Highly disappointed in PJ’s for outsourcing call ins.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a pizza delivery from Papa John’s, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I have had with a food delivery service. Not only was the pizza piping hot and delicious, but the delivery driver truly went above and beyond to ensure that my order was delivered in a timely and professional manner.First and foremost, the driver arrived at my doorstep with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly at ease. He was polite and professional, and his enthusiasm for his job was evident in the way he interacted with me. He even took the time to confirm my order and make sure that everything was correct before handing it over to me.What impressed me the most was the care and attention to detail that the driver showed in handling my order. Despite the rainy weather, he made sure to keep my pizza warm and dry by using a thermal bag. Not only that, but he also had all the necessary condiments and utensils neatly packed and ready for me, making the entire process hassle-free.The driver also went out of his way to accommodate my request for a customized pizza, which can sometimes be a challenge for delivery drivers. However, he took it in stride and made sure that my pizza was made exactly to my liking. It was evident that he took great pride in his work and wanted to ensure that his customers were satisfied.
