Once we tried to order the server told us those specials were no longer good, they just haven’t taken them off the website. She told my boyfriend he got two sauces with his wings, but then charged $1 extra for the sauces. The roast beef po boy is not authentic New Orleans. It was so dry and the bread so hard I couldn’t eat it. I asked for a little more gravy and mayo for it. By the time they brought it the sandwich was cold and they had to reheat it. They brought me a huge cup of gravy when I only asked for a little, then charged me $4 for it. If the sandwich hadn’t been so dry in the first place I wouldn’t have needed more gravy. There are no dedicated servers for each table, it’s a group effort which means no one checks on you or refills your drinks because they assume someone else is doing it. If you go here make sure you know what they’re charging you for to avoid extra charges.

I recently stopped by Parkway Pourhouse for lunch and had a great experience. I ordered the Safety Melt, which was a delicious combination of a beef patty, horseradish mayo, Havarti, aged cheddar, and sautéed onions on sourdough. The flavors were well-balanced, and the sandwich had the perfect amount of crispiness and melt.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall vibe of the place was welcoming. Definitely a solid choice for a good meal in Chattanooga—I’d come back to try more of their menu!

Today I asked the manager to make sure my chicken was cooked all the way or have them cook it a little longer if possible and she replied back with “well I can’t stand over them while they cook it.” Not the first time I’ve had problems with this place the staff needs to clean house. Food’s decent.

Noisy! Ordered the Gator Bites & Roasted Cauliflower appetizers to share. Cauliflower was very good but could have been cooked a little longer. Gator Bites were good but a little over cooked. Natty draft HH was flat.

The food was really good, love the dog friendly patio. My only issue was the server. Her name was Amen according to the ticket, she wasn't attentive at all. She ddn't refill my coffee or water, I actually had to ask another server for more water, she didn't once come to my table as I was eating to ask me if it was ok. I sat for ten minutes waiting for my bill until I got annoyed and asked another server to please get it for me. If it wasn't for her poor service, I would give it 5 stars.

Overall I had a great experience here. Good food, great service, great beer selection. But one thing I cannot let go is that the bartender on duty did not wash his hands properly after using the restroom and went right back to the bar to make drinks. He didn't even use soap. It is disgusting and unacceptable. I hope no one get sicks because of his negligence.

Be careful bringing your dogs here if you’re a person that uses the restroom. Not dog friendly . Also, only give service if they like you. If they judge you for having dogs, you could wait 20 minutes for a drink.

Ok so it’s no place fancy, along the lines of a pub with some sports bar mixed in, but as a vegetarian, it was a surprisingly delicious portabello sandwich (The PLT); the best I have had. My dinner companion was gonna go traditional with a PoBoy but decided, after getting the opinion of our waiter, on the gumbo -chicken, duck and Andoulle sausage (a touch on the salty side) - and raved about it. This place is an easy walk from the Springhill Suites; we went to Pourhouse down Molly Lane, and along the river on the walk back. Very comfortable place to eat and peruse a good beer list after a day of travel.
Vegetarian options: Damn fine portabello sandwich

Pet friendly restaurant on the outdoor patio!! This was a pleasant surprise for us, my family is from Florida and we brought our Chihuahua with us to evacuate from Hurricane Milton, finding this place on a recommendation I got from a local on Reddit was a true gem. Our 2yr old loved the freedom to get up and walk around outside, plenty of space in-between the tables. Very laid back restaurant, sit wherever you want, all of the waiters will come around and serve you, you won't have just 1 waiter. Kid friendly foods, good drink options and prices, food is decently priced for the modern era, $14-$16 for burger and fries, beer $7. We went during Wing Wednesday which is 8 wings for $8, we got buffalo wings for our "appetizer" and it was probably the best wings we've had yet, the chicken was moist and crispy, the sauce was flavorful, overall delicious.
The one and only drawback was we kept getting attacked by a bee, should think about how this can be better prevented for the guests. But everything else was amazing.
