We love this place and come often. My only problem is that I forget and prefer the etouffe and it is ok but it is way long soup and short on rice. It should be basically a thick mixture poured over rice, not mstead of soup poured over a tiny amount of rice. Not bad, just could be better. Again, great place, great atmosphere.Parking: On busy nights forget parking in the lot, go behind and find what you can in apartment complex.

We were visiting Chattanooga for the first time and on our second night we decided to try this spot. We're not beer drinkers but I guess hubby had a taste for a burger. The menu seemed to be more seafood, but other grill/pub options. The gator bites listed on the menu are not what you think. We love gator bites which to us is fresh fried gator. Thank goodness there was a description but I still asked our waitress to be sure and I knew she understood what I initially thought so we went salmon cakes instead for our apps. My wings and okra were absolutely delicious. The okra was pan seared and absolutely pleasure to my palate. The waitress acknowledged we were trying to a la carte our son's meal and she made a suggestion of a cat fish basket. Well they were more like 2 cat fish stripes. They were not fried hard they were mushy soft. I guess our years of living in GA and TX spoiled us to Southern fried/prepared foods. Nevertheless he ate most of it. The steak fries were seasoned very well. Hubby tasted and said they were good. Our son said they were a little spicy. Hubby loved his burger and red beans and rice for the side.Parking: They have a very limited row in the front and even shorter row in the back and only 1 handicapped parking spot in the front. No entry from the back so you do have to walk a incline to get back to the front.Kid-friendliness: I guess since this is more of a pub/bar not kid friendly. No kid menu but hey they like pets since they had a dog bowl out for the furry owners. Our waitress was accommodating to our 4 yr old.

First time going to The PourHouse and im really happy i did. The gator bites were fenomenal. My burger and steak fries were really good.
The food was delicious and perfect. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was so relaxed. We all had a good time and loved our food.

A great draft beer list, and the best gumbo in the area
I am only able to rate the service because my husband and I were completely ignored, and we ended up walking out.This just happened today, March 16th, between 3-4 pm.We are visiting from Texas and decided on this place from reviews. As we walked in, there was a seat yourself sign, so we decided to sit at the bar. The young lady and gentlemen didn't even acknowledge us. We sat for about 5-10 minutes with no acknowledgment. We were shocked when a couple walked up to the bar and were serviced immediately. My husband and I looked at each other like... Did that just happen. I grew impatient and took that time to go to the restroom because I knew my husband was going to address the situation. When I came back, he met me at the door and we left. Came to Chattanooga Brewing and had a great experience.

This was a last minute pick and turned out to be a winner. The staff was very helpful and everyone had a great attitude. There was plenty interesting menu items a large selection of beer. It was a great casual stop for a day trip.
