They just do not taste like they do up north. They don't have it down yet. They don't toast their cheesesteaks like Penn Stations known unfortunately. If u went up north and ate at this same place, it tastes completely different.

They messed up my Philly cheesesteak. I said no brown mustard on it first bite into it big old, mouth of , brown mustard. iām from Philadelphia Philly cheesesteak does not have brown mustard on it. Why would that even be on the menu like that then I asked for it to go box and she gives me a brown bag like that you wrapped the sandwiches up and put it in. Iāll never go back here and eat again as sad as me that this Penn Station is like that maybe theyāre all like that I donāt know Iāll stick the firehouse subs unless when I go back up to Philadelphia.

Update: They did away with their app so all of the points and rewards I have saved are just gone. No way to use them, no way to prove that I earned them, nothing just gone. I guess I am done with them, those were rewards owed. Love that you can get the subs grilled and add things to the grill, my favorite being banana peppers. Fries or chip is great for options. I don't care for Pepsi but they have diet Mountain Dew so I am good with that. Deep narrow shoo with plenty of seating. Employees always seem to be in a good mood. Periodically they will bring around mini chocolate chip cookies to hand out while you are at your table.

Stop in my local Penn station and had the best experience thanks Chris and Kaitland.
Use to go here all the time but it fell from the rotation. Went back today and it was GREAT!! Kaitlin the GM is doing an awesome job. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly. Keep it up and I'll definitely be back more often!

Greeted immediately when I came in by friendly staff. Food came out quick and was delicious. Manager checked on me during the meal, as well as came by to offer me a complimentary cookie. She then dropped a card a discount on my next visit.

Ever since they sold this place to new owners the sandwiches are lacking in the amount of meat they put on them. Will definitely be considering other sandwich shops from now on.

If you compare the artichoke sub pic to what you get itās honestly embarrassing. Lol yes the pic is the āartichokeā sub. When I asked about it they just focused on if there was provolone. Lol not my focus when I was looking for the artichoke on my artichoke sub. Taste wise itās like oregano and butterā¦lol like a cheap dupe of garlic bread. Lol Just wish theyād open a Schlotskis in Chattanooga.
