Update: They did away with their app so all of the points and rewards I have saved are just gone. No way to use them, no way to prove that I earned them, nothing just gone. I guess I am done with them, those were rewards owed. Love that you can get the subs grilled and add things to the grill, my favorite being banana peppers. Fries or chip is great for options. I don't care for Pepsi but they have diet Mountain Dew so I am good with that. Deep narrow shoo with plenty of seating. Employees always seem to be in a good mood. Periodically they will bring around mini chocolate chip cookies to hand out while you are at your table.

Use to go here all the time but it fell from the rotation. Went back today and it was GREAT!! Kaitlin the GM is doing an awesome job. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly. Keep it up and I'll definitely be back more often!

Greeted immediately when I came in by friendly staff. Food came out quick and was delicious. Manager checked on me during the meal, as well as came by to offer me a complimentary cookie. She then dropped a card a discount on my next visit.
Would definitely recommend this place ??

Ever since they sold this place to new owners the sandwiches are lacking in the amount of meat they put on them. Will definitely be considering other sandwich shops from now on.
If you compare the artichoke sub pic to what you get it’s honestly embarrassing. Lol yes the pic is the “artichoke” sub. When I asked about it they just focused on if there was provolone. Lol not my focus when I was looking for the artichoke on my artichoke sub. Taste wise it’s like oregano and butter…lol like a cheap dupe of garlic bread. Lol Just wish they’d open a Schlotskis in Chattanooga.

Went to Penn Station yesterday. My overall experience was horrible. From the moment I walked in the door to leave with my food. First walking in the door, you see dirty tables guest are eating, but many tables are dirty. There were no other guest in the restaurant except one couple and myself. Walked in both employees are both on their phone. Instead of cleaning the restaurant they rather talk on the phone and play around their phone. Second staff was not knowledgeable of the menu at all. The staff acted like they did not even want to be there yesterday. When taking my order I also felt very rushed. My biggest complaint is my salad. My lettuce was extremely soggy. Also, my sandwich was poorly, put together the quality of the lettuce the quality of the meat. Everything was horrible. On the other sandwich I ordered and put together tasted better than the first sandwich but still poor put together once again staff really did not care. They just threw it together. I would not recommend Penn to anybody management is not up to par to talk to the manager and the only thing I get is hi are you the manager? I am you should’ve specified that.
