If you want a staff team that understands what the word no means, and can understand basic speech and follow instructions, this location is not for you, many times what I've asked them to leave off the sandwich, they've put on in bulk, and the receipt always says it's left off, never is, horrible staff for such incredible

I just got home with my carry out order and when I opened my sandwich this is what I see. My sandwich is totally burnt on one side, the cheese is burnt and there’s so little chicken. It is supposed to have onions and I can’t even tell if there are any. It’s a mess, and after paying just under $50 for 3 sandwiches and some fries this is disappointing. The only reason I have them 2 stars is because my husband’s sandwich looks fine. I don’t understand the inconsistency.

The staff at this location are quite good and very polite.
This is the cleanest restaurant and bathroom I think I've ever been in. The bread for the subs is so good! Just lightly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch grilled, and it was really good. The Ranch is more mayonnaise like and not sweet like some. The hand cut fries were also good and arrived at our table hot and fresh. The seasoning reminded me of something, but I couldn't figure out what. We got a large and it was more than enough for 2 people. My husband ordered the classic Italian sub grilled. He thought that the meat combination was good and was glad that the ham wasn't sweet! He also liked the banana peppers on it.

Wish I would have gotten a picture of the food.. Some of the best fries in Chattanooga hands down.. The small sub was the size of most medium or almost foot long subs at other places.. Absolutely delicious food.. A must try place if you have never been and want a good sub
