This place sucks š. Ordered carry out app said it would be ready at 4:16 pm get there at 4:10 pay and then have to wait till almost 5 pm to get my food. Maybe if the employees where making pizza instead of working on a red Ford 150 in the parking lot they might be able to make the orders on time.. will just order domino's instead next time I feal like spending my money š°..

Do not order from here & most definitely donāt order from here if itās through DoorDash. Saturday (09/28) I placed a carry out order.. my personal pan barely had toppings and the honey bbq wings were cold and not tossed in sauce. The sauce was just poured over the top. Today (09/30) I placed a DoorDash order and the first driver assigned to my order said a worker said that someone else had picked it up. I called the store and told him my order was never confirmed to be picked up and that the driver there was the only driver assigned to it. That driver ended up canceling the order because the worker wouldnāt make it. The order eventually got picked up by two other drivers and after a long wait and the worker who answered the phone decided not to make my order after allowing a ādriverā to leave the store without confirming pick up.. I was forced to get a refund which I now have to wait on and go without food. Highly would not recommend this locationā maybe even try a different company!

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered pizza for carry out. I showed up to the location and nobody was working the front. Two people passed me and didn't say anything. I stood there for about 5-7 minutes without a greeting. Another person came by and told some lady(that I later found out was the manager) there's a customer up front. The employee told to me she(manager) will be with you in a moment or two. After about another 5-7 minutes I asked the next person that passed me to help me get my carry out order. I asked to speak with the manager as I had waited almost 15 minutes half of that time without even a greeting. The manager that was sitting behind the wall next to the register the entire time, and now she was no where to be found. Unacceptable service and I will never go to that location again.

So I order pizza at 10 pm and I didn't get it delivered it said arrived at 11 something but it never did. So I called them and was really polite and asked about what I could do because I never got my pizza and they said they could remake it and get it sent back out so I said yeah that will work so another hour goes by and it shows up i sat down to eat it and I open the box it was absolutely mangled like what in the hell is this see picture below. But also I spent a lot of money on that food just not to get a single bite this is absolutely unacceptable service won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again unless I get a refund or something else

Excellent customer service. There has been a computer glitch the last 2x I've ordered and my order is being submitted wrong. Both times they have remade my order for me with no complaints. My son is allergic to tomatoes so the pizza would have been completely inedible for us and we greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

DO NOT PAY TWICE HERE! DO NOT SCAN YOUR CARD! Be warned, there's a cashier here that will try and scam you into paying for something you already paid for.
I walked in to pick up my doordash order. The personnel question walked in after me having a smoke break with a bunch of friends outside. The person originally at the counter looked up my order and went to go grab it. While he did that, the other associate who was out on a smoke break with friends walked in and looked at the order on the screen. He immediately started telling me that it wasn't paid for. I found this so strange that I laughed it off. It's a DoorDash order, it doesn't go through unless it is paid.
But this guy didn't let down. The other associate arrived with my order and I took it to leave. This guy kept berating me that I hadn't paid. I figured fine, just someone who is taking the bit too far. I let him know it was a DoorDash order that wouldn't go through in the first place if it wasn't paid for. I thought he'd let up. I guess not, he kept yelling at me as I left that he was "the manager and this would negatively affect him!" as I walked out the door.
Looking back on it, this is worse than I thought. Let's say he was looking at the wrong order on the screen: he did nothing but escalate the scenario. He didn't ask to confirm details to ensure we were on the same page. He just kept accusing. So much so that a different driver left the lobby before mentioning her order based on how aggressive he was acting.
Even worse still, I was thinking about how this person would get funds from this scam. It was highly unlikely that I would pay in cash as that's much more rare. The only thing that I could figure was that he has a skimmer on the credit card machine.
Order was wrong, food was rushed which deminished the value of the pizza.

employees are usually niceā¦. donāt order pizza late at night at this location, they donāt care how they make your dinner . received my pizza with barely with any sauce on it. pizza was so dry and hard i could barely chew and swallow it . i only ate it bc i had nothing else to eat for dinner .. the pizza kind of looked like it had been sitting and reheated . couldnāt even pick up one slice, it had to be ripped from the other slicesā¦ worse pizza i ever got from any pizza hut ever!!! money wastedā i havenāt even tried to eat my wings yet .. got blue cheese when i ordered ranch on the app !
ā came back to edit my review. I just got a call from management and they are going to make this right. I appreciate my concern being acknowledged and management making this right.
