This place is horrible, do NOT go here. I ordered my food at 3:58 pm, just before the lunch rush. I waited and waited and I finally got my food at 5:00 on the dot. No exaggerations. Do not go here unless your waiting to get disappointed by the wait times. And pizza hut, if your going to host a good deal like that, try to keep up ya dinguses. BOO!!! ugh.

I ordered two mediums, to be sent to circle k down the street.. i got 2 pizzas, both cold, both completely not what i ordered, and the Cheese and toppings were the poorest I have ever imagined on pizza.. so 25$ after delivery, im stuck with food thats just awful, and gets thrown away.. i really feel ripped off, and completed the survey after words. Then the email pizza hut sends from the headquarters.. showing pics even.. the fact is Pizza Hut don't care, no one offered am explanation, and not even a response for me . Pizza Hut is really went downhill, last time i was took for 41.89$!! I used to think they were the best pizza and I actually worked there when I was younger I won't order from them again.. I feel like I was basically stolen from and ripped off legally that's what I feel like I said I got robbed over 65$ between my two orders.. I would not order from them you will not get what you pay for .. DON'T ORDER.. THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT

Ordered my food through customer service, they told me my personal pan pizza would be ready at 8:27pm. I went inside the store to pick up my order about 8:29 stood at the counter without being acknowledged for about 4 minutes. Only to find out the order was made. The person working the counter didn’t try to help it was the delivery driver trying to get me my order!! The other guy said it never got made, I can make it will take about 8 minutes. I said will it be free or discounted for the negligence on you all’s part. He said no I can’t do that! For a mistake that they made he was not willing to make it right over a $7!pizza. This location sucks!!

For what ever reason, Pizza Hut has moved to using Doordash. We can Never get good service from Doordash, having missing items And cold food Each time.
I'm usually not one to rant but I really need to share a horrific experience regarding Pizza Hut. The unprofessional scene I witnessed today was enough to make my stomach churn. I'd ordered my pizza 20 minutes earlier to avoid waiting but yet they still managed to mess it up when I arrived. Not only was my order incorrect, I had to witness the revolting hygiene of one of the cooks while I waited for it to be remade.
She was constantly using her phone, drinking from a soda can, answering calls and using the computer all while handling the food. No gloves, no hand sanitation, nothing. I'd even caught her leaving the store only to return later to continue preparing food, all without a single rinse of her hands. It was a sight that almost made me walk out.
Eventually, they served my correct order and as compensation for their prior mistake, gave me the offending pizza. When I got home however, realizing the same unsanitary hands had possibly handled it, I immediately threw that free pizza out.
Upon inspecting the other pizza I decided to keep, I found a considerable chunk of what looked like dirt. Maybe it was from the mushrooms, maybe not, but that was the last straw for me. I am officially done with Pizza Hut, and would strongly caution anyone about eating here. The entire experience; utterly disgusting and an absolute waste of money I regret every penny spent here.

First time ordering from my new apartment, so a new pizza hut location was doing the services... of course the menu item I wanted they are out of, then I put clear instructions into the delivery instructions. Pizza was due to be delivered at 7pm, at 6:41pm I got my email that it was delivered but no one ever came to the door, even checked my cameras and nothing. So I called them, well, apparently you can't call the store directly anymore, kept going through a call center with foreigners... like really, for a pizza??? Finally get transferred over to the local store, I let them know the situation and they said they would remake and redeliver, cool. So at approximately 7:26 a sweet young lady comes up to deliver my pizza, I told her I had just gotten off the phone with the store and that she should call and let them know that she made the delivery... an hour later (around 8:10pm) I'm getting a phone call from a Door Dasher who doesn't speak English, and he's trying to find the apartment to deliver... I've already got the pizza, told him to keep it. He calls back, again, he can't understand English, I know 4 languages but I don't know what language he was speaking, so again, tell him to keep it, already got my food. He calls back a third time and I've had to block him. Seriously, this is what you guys went to from just a few years ago??? Ultimately, the food was cold, and this is the worst service I have received from any pizza company. Just absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. They are always understaffed and the people who do work here are very slow with no sense of urgency. We have ordered carry out here several times over the years because they won’t deliver to us. It’s never ready in 20 minutes like they say, and we always have to wait a ridiculously long time just for someone to acknowledge us when we get there. Today I also noticed they don’t wash their hands or wear gloves when they’re handling all of the pizza toppings unless you tell them to. Save yourself the frustration. There’s a Dominoes and Papa John’s right down the street, both with very good service.
