My husband ordered a pizza and bread sticks on line and when he went to pick it up and brought it home the pizza was not cooked all the way and the bread sticks were not all there and they were not done either and they were very rude

***DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE*** when i got there tonight it was a guy in a yellow hoodie sitting on his phone, Who had short dreads when I walked in the store he got up and went behind the counter asked me my name as I watched him pack my pizza in the box with no gloves. He stated they were going to have to refund me for cheese sticks because they didn’t have any unless I wanted a cookie or wings. My son is a really picky eater so I wanted what I purchased I understood if they didn’t have any I was perfectly fine accepting a partial refund. Then a guy in gray came up and proceeded to continuously open my pizza in front of me which is extremely unsanitary he gave me a Cinnabon box with cheese sticks that did not look appetizing I asked them could I keep the cheese sticks and get a refund. I proceeded to ask them would you wanna buy this full price? He said he could give me partial credit in my account if I kept the food . He stated this was the last cheesesteak left ,The gentleman in yellow hoodie argue that he had to cut my pizza and that it does not require him to touch it but I saw him put the entire pizza in the box With his bare hands. I worked overtime at work today and me and my son were starving everything was about to close, This store STINKS, Feel like I had no choice but to keep this food. Extremely un appetizing, poor service, unsanitary, and poor quality food I will never Spend my money here again!!!! Disgusting employees and store. Of these employees looked presentable enough to be handling food at all. Do not waste your money here it is not even worth it. I will continue to go to Papa John’s where there is better quality food, Better service, And cleaner environment. I will not be back to this hole in whole in the wall.

I just tried 3 times to get thru the circle jerk of pizza hut online to call these hard workers to tell them how awesome they were that they got my pizza on point. They seem to be a great crew and is reàlly sad their corporate B's won't let me leave them a sincere complement. FO Pizza Hut and thumbs up hwy 58 Pizza Hut employees 💕

This place is horrible, do NOT go here. I ordered my food at 3:58 pm, just before the lunch rush. I waited and waited and I finally got my food at 5:00 on the dot. No exaggerations. Do not go here unless your waiting to get disappointed by the wait times. And pizza hut, if your going to host a good deal like that, try to keep up ya dinguses. BOO!!! ugh.

I ordered two mediums, to be sent to circle k down the street.. i got 2 pizzas, both cold, both completely not what i ordered, and the Cheese and toppings were the poorest I have ever imagined on pizza.. so 25$ after delivery, im stuck with food thats just awful, and gets thrown away.. i really feel ripped off, and completed the survey after words. Then the email pizza hut sends from the headquarters.. showing pics even.. the fact is Pizza Hut don't care, no one offered am explanation, and not even a response for me . Pizza Hut is really went downhill, last time i was took for 41.89$!! I used to think they were the best pizza and I actually worked there when I was younger I won't order from them again.. I feel like I was basically stolen from and ripped off legally that's what I feel like I said I got robbed over 65$ between my two orders.. I would not order from them you will not get what you pay for .. DON'T ORDER.. THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT

Let me tell you Ms Rhonda is the best so I had some family members ordering off of my Pizza Hut account and using my credits she fixed the problem she made sure all my food was hot and fresh also any time she’s working the food is fantastic hot it’s made right today was the day I was so upset and she gt it fixed yess Rhonda she needs a raise Thank you

Ordered my food through customer service, they told me my personal pan pizza would be ready at 8:27pm. I went inside the store to pick up my order about 8:29 stood at the counter without being acknowledged for about 4 minutes. Only to find out the order was made. The person working the counter didn’t try to help it was the delivery driver trying to get me my order!! The other guy said it never got made, I can make it will take about 8 minutes. I said will it be free or discounted for the negligence on you all’s part. He said no I can’t do that! For a mistake that they made he was not willing to make it right over a $7!pizza. This location sucks!!
