I'm usually not one to rant but I really need to share a horrific experience regarding Pizza Hut. The unprofessional scene I witnessed today was enough to make my stomach churn. I'd ordered my pizza 20 minutes earlier to avoid waiting but yet they still managed to mess it up when I arrived. Not only was my order incorrect, I had to witness the revolting hygiene of one of the cooks while I waited for it to be remade.
She was constantly using her phone, drinking from a soda can, answering calls and using the computer all while handling the food. No gloves, no hand sanitation, nothing. I'd even caught her leaving the store only to return later to continue preparing food, all without a single rinse of her hands. It was a sight that almost made me walk out.
Eventually, they served my correct order and as compensation for their prior mistake, gave me the offending pizza. When I got home however, realizing the same unsanitary hands had possibly handled it, I immediately threw that free pizza out.
Upon inspecting the other pizza I decided to keep, I found a considerable chunk of what looked like dirt. Maybe it was from the mushrooms, maybe not, but that was the last straw for me. I am officially done with Pizza Hut, and would strongly caution anyone about eating here. The entire experience; utterly disgusting and an absolute waste of money I regret every penny spent here.

First time ordering from my new apartment, so a new pizza hut location was doing the services... of course the menu item I wanted they are out of, then I put clear instructions into the delivery instructions. Pizza was due to be delivered at 7pm, at 6:41pm I got my email that it was delivered but no one ever came to the door, even checked my cameras and nothing. So I called them, well, apparently you can't call the store directly anymore, kept going through a call center with foreigners... like really, for a pizza??? Finally get transferred over to the local store, I let them know the situation and they said they would remake and redeliver, cool. So at approximately 7:26 a sweet young lady comes up to deliver my pizza, I told her I had just gotten off the phone with the store and that she should call and let them know that she made the delivery... an hour later (around 8:10pm) I'm getting a phone call from a Door Dasher who doesn't speak English, and he's trying to find the apartment to deliver... I've already got the pizza, told him to keep it. He calls back, again, he can't understand English, I know 4 languages but I don't know what language he was speaking, so again, tell him to keep it, already got my food. He calls back a third time and I've had to block him. Seriously, this is what you guys went to from just a few years ago??? Ultimately, the food was cold, and this is the worst service I have received from any pizza company. Just absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. They are always understaffed and the people who do work here are very slow with no sense of urgency. We have ordered carry out here several times over the years because they won’t deliver to us. It’s never ready in 20 minutes like they say, and we always have to wait a ridiculously long time just for someone to acknowledge us when we get there. Today I also noticed they don’t wash their hands or wear gloves when they’re handling all of the pizza toppings unless you tell them to. Save yourself the frustration. There’s a Dominoes and Papa John’s right down the street, both with very good service.

Stop delivering through door dash!! It's not helping at all. Hire more drivers, I didn't order through door dash, so why are they delivering my stuff? I ordered 3 drinks also, none of them were in the bag at all! Pizza was not fresh at all! Please do better pizza hut. I'll hate to cancel my business with y'all. Once again STOP DELIVERING THROUGH DOOR DASH!!

Employee working the cash register was rude and standoffish to 3 other customers along with me. She got into a verbal confrontation with one customer by yelling at him "you dont see these other people complaining, do you?" Service was deliberately slow and customer interaction was as if the customer was a big inconvenience to her. I overheard a phone conversation with another customer stating ' No, the manager is not here" Then she shouted into the phone "BYE" before slamming the phone down to hang up. There was an older man in the back that never intervened between her and the customers. There was another younger man cutting the pizzas that looked deliberately slow and deliberately confused and needed instructions from the rude person for everything he did.
Food was cold after waiting for 15 minutes for them to finally get to my order which was sitting on a shelf, not in a thermal bag.

I ordered a medium thin and crispy BBQ pizza and a single serve pan pizza ot was $25 dollars. Fresh and good, however I wanted a certain pizza that I had two weeks prior at my family gathering, the boy on the phone was clueless as to what I was talking about. After ariving, to pickup my order the lady in the back knew exactly what I was talking about. It's like I settled for another pizza because I couldn't get the help over the phone about a simple menu item.

Workers were nice. The food just wasn't the same pizza hut has fell off. I ordered one of the stuff crust pizzas and the chess inside was more of a powered chess and not the mozzarella pull chess?. I ordered more this is just one of the thing that had us upset

My pizza was made correctly, but the third-party delivery app DoorDash somehow delivered my pizza. They were all the way across the city and I live a five minute walk from the actual store. Also they got my drink wrong. I ordered a regular Pepsi and somehow I received a Pepsi zero I do not drink diet drinks or zero sugar drinks diet Drinks have aspartame that does harm to the body sugar drinks have more sugar than the regular drinks
