I ordered from the website and hour and 30 minutes later I am notified by my door dash driver that they dont have what they need to make my order . Call them never got an answer they didnt call to tell me nothing . Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Don't waist your time or money waited 90 minutes was then told by my door dash driver they didnt have what they need to make my order . They didnt call or do anything then canceled the order.

I decided to go here for my lunch break well I get my food an 13 orders of apple pies are missing an of course I have 30min for work so going back to get em made wasn't an option. So I called back to the store and not once but 4 times I was left on hold for 45min. An mind u I'm at work trying to call an work and after 4 hrs of trying to get thru i gave up. I'd really appreciate some help. And not just ignored.

I ordered online for my food and my order never came. Called the store asking to speak to a manager and no manager picked up the phone after asking to hold. I called 3 times. So now I’m out of almost 50$

Got wrong order and never received the correct one. When I called nobody helped always putting me to hold for customer service. Dasher got a wrong address don’t know how he got to my house he told me to call DoorDash customer service for refund they told me to call pizza hut customer service. We decided to go to the location. As soon we got in the guy seating front got up and left. Start talking about us in the back he couldn’t stop staring at us.The one who was working helped us. My order was seating there. Don’t understand all the confusion. They could at least call and say there were no delivery person we could pick up our order. Food was cold really disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. We didn’t receive no explanation at all or a sorry for everything at least.
Hardly thinking if I want to use this location for my next order.

I ordered for delivery, my pizza arrived but not my wings. I called pizza hut and apparently I got a call center which they told me I had to talk to someone at the store but yet no one answered the phone. I called several times and no answer at the store. Then I got a guy who kept just transferring me and then one time he hung up on me. I called doordadh for refund and they just tell ke I need to call the store myself.

I’ve always had good experiences at this Pizza Hut location, but today, things took a turn over a missing stack of breadsticks. Yesterday, my order was missing an item, and when I called the number from my online order details, my call was redirected to the corporate number and I was promised a callback that never came. Today, I visited the store and was initially denied access to speak with the manager. The front-end supervisor was incredibly defensive, loud, and intimidating. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made me feel belittled and unimportant, even after I showed her the number I called. Her response was dismissive, saying she didn’t know who I had contacted, despite me dialing the same number in front of her. As I left, the team mockingly wished me goodbye.
While I was given credit for the missing item, the lack of respect and professionalism left me feeling disrespected as a customer.
It was just over missing breadsticks, Despite having many great interactions with this store in the past, the front-end supervisor didn’t even recognize me or remember our positive experiences from before.
This experience reminded me of a power quote by M K Gandhi: “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.”

The customer service, speed, and food quality were all wonderful! We called in an order en route (5 minutes away) and paid when we got there. We were told it would be about 10 more minutes before it would be ready, so we opted to wait in the car. 9 minutes later, one of the employees brought the food to our car and wished us a wonderful evening. The pizza was amazing (we had our doubts as most places have gone downhill on quality over the years, but the food quality at this establishment still tastes as good as it did 30 years ago).
