Ordered breadsticks and they showed up with no seasoning. Tried to call the store multiple times for over an hour and no one ever answered. Impossible to get any issues resolved.

The food was great, not a fan of strip mall life but same great food. Do wish they would cut up the cheese sticks. Customer service was good and efficient. Hate that they are charging 82 cents for dip for your wings and hate giving up napkins.

3rd time I've ordered delivery from here this past year. They never fail to screw some part of the order up. I miss the pizza huts in Hixson. Pizza Hut support is a pita to deal with. Contact the store? Theyll just ignore you and send you through the endless phone prompts that is pizza hut customer support. I'm gonna give up on this store now. I would avoid delivery from this location. Once they get the $ you're on your own.
The supreme personal pan pizza I had from here was super yummy with tons of veggies on it and an even amount of cheese 10/10 recommended ?

I ordered buffalo wings tonight with an extra buffalo sauce cup. I received a blue cheese? Why did I pay $21 for 12 wings that don't even have sauce on them... they only got sauce on 2 wings and now I don't even have extra sauce to fix the dry ones. I wanted to try wings at a new place and for the price I figured they would be decent. These are obviously frozen reheated wings, which is fine, it's a pizza place, but at least try to spruce them up! I'm very displeased and the employees obviously didn't want to be at work so it's no wonder they don't care about quality. Please check your food if you ever give this place a chance. First and last time I'll eat there.Edit: This was night shift after 10pm. Day shift might have better service

I had the best Customer service that i have received in a long time. Thanks to Marcus and Tyler letting me know that there would be a delay in picking up my pizza i did not have to wait long at all. Marcus called me at my home to bothe let me know of the delay and called to let me know that i could be on my way to pick it up. When i arrived Tyler was so excited for me to see how my pizza looked!! The General Manager CeCe runs a fantastic restaurant!!

Lmao with door dash the supreme was $33. Plus a tip. And people wonder why the tips are getting smaller.$33 for one supreme pizza. Door dash needs to be put out of business they charge double sometimes triple the original cost. I'm done using them
I am from Florida where all the pizza huts are disappointing and I’ve been craving the Pizza Hut experience for a long time now. I like to cycle through all types of pizza (deep dish, NY, Detroit, coal fired etc) but wow you guys are keeping the Pizza Hut spirit alive. I almost didn’t because of some of the reviews but don’t worry, you guys are excellent. Thank you for the spot on pan pizzas. I wish whoever made my order, the best.
