We've order twice within a month and both times they mess up the order. it is nearly impossible to actually call them. I will never use the valley brook pizza hut again. they just dont care whether you get what you pay for or not.
Very disappointed today. Ordered extra cheese, extra sauce and double pepperoni. LIGHTLY DONE crust. Skimpy cheese, skimpy sauce, definitely not double pepperoni. Plus the crust is burnt. The man at the window was nice tho.
