There was only one person working the restaurant. He ran it well until another person came. The young who ran it by himself handle business. And did an excellent job!

It's better to order online in my opinion so that way you skip the wait. Often enough with this pizza hut being so good with their stuff they seem to be busy a lot. But overall the stuff I ordered was good. The wings weren't fully sauced but otherwise fine, I guess this was from them being so busy it's difficult to keep up with so many orders.

This is the slowest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The management must be terrible. Been stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes and have yet to make it to the window. Once I made it to the window my pizza still isn’t ready even though it said it would be at 6:38 and it’s now 7:12. Also they’re out of one of the ingredients I ordered, bacon. My gut tells me the manager is horrible and everyone is under paid and over worked. I’ve been eating here a 2-3 times a month the last 3 years and it’s gotten steadily worse. This will be my last time.

Cancel orders without even letting anyone know. They “ran out” of certain things and cancelled our order. Never called, emailed or anything. Waited 2 hours for food that was never coming. This is the second time this has happened. Won’t be back. Terrible service. I hope you go out of business.

I have tried 5x to call the Lakesite store. All that I get is a out of country call center who can't follow my request. I wanted to speak to the manager to give them a compliment on mt delicious pizza 🍕. Instead they are receiving a 1 star rating. You need to get a better call center.

Had a problem with my order and called in to try to fix in. Was put on hold so long I decided to drive over while it was still ringing. Showed the guy my phone and asked if I had the right number, he didn't even notice that I had been on hold for 30 minutes! Unbelievable.

GARBAGE SERVICE.... ordered pizza and wings and no wings... tried to get ahold of someone who can take care of this and know one,was on hold for 20+ minutes. Also, I would like to add that They had a door dasher deliver it and am pretty sure they are supposed to check the order as well.... from now on, I will go pick it up myself.

Pizza hut charges a delivery fee but it's brought by door dash. Temp of pizza always cold and slung all over box bc they dont have the bags to secure it

If I can give this store a zero start I would I just spend 50.21 for my food to come a hour late cold and I was missing my soda… I called the store get my order redone cheese sticks was under cooked I ordered 18 wings only got 12 called the store the little girl name was LaLa told me she would make me wings now only for my boyfriend to get the store and she say it’s no more bone in wings after she told me she was making them now so I told her I didn’t want boneless she informed me I can only get store credit and honestly I don’t even want that I won’t be going back to that store… when my boyfriend got there they was on the phone and not doing no work at all phones ringing they not answering teenagers should not be working at all

20 orders - within 20 orders I have gotten all my food on time and correct 4 times. I hate this location, but I wanted a smaller pizza meal as Pizza Hut offers the personal pans.

I got soggy fries, the pizza was ok but like normal, they forget something. Then the driver says 'I'll be back in 8 minutes', that was 40+ minutes ago at the time of this review 2/26/25 @ 9:59pm

This location is horrible - needs new management from the top down - save yourself the hassle and order from the PapaJohns near them or the Dominoes, at least you'll get all your food plus not have to deal with people not following through on their word.

Luckily the Online contact actually leads to resolutions - corporate needs to remove this franchise owner from their place and put someone competent into the seat if this is the type of employees and management they allow to sit inside the store.

Sweet Angels

Had $60 order left two items out of order, pasta was incorrect, hand tossed pizza way overcooked and hard. Pan was under cooked and doughy. Horrible experience all together. Nothing was right. Refused refund by manager only able to credit account
