Update: we ate there again this past weekend and remembered to take photos of the food .. Friendly staff and good food within walking distance of the Walnut Street pedestrian bridge .. forgot to take photos 🥴

Pretty standard food that is good to go to if nearby. Nothing bad and menu had all of the usual items. Nothing we had was a disappointment. Parking during day can be difficult but location is excellent if in area. Nice staff.

La Santa easily has the BEST birria tacos in Chattanooga!!! I’m a Nashville native & it has been hard to find food as great here. Just 10/10, from the flavor to the crispiness of the tortilla. I’ve eaten here a few times now & have left feeling great every time. The last time we dined in, we had Lola as our waitress & she was so so sweet. Even despite being new to the job, she was on top of everything! 🤩
