Popeyes on broad Street Chattanooga Tennessee. I was in the drive-thru no one came to take my order, I drove up to the window, I told the young lady no one took my order so I drove to the window, she said I'm by myself and hit the counter with her hand and she said what you want. The people in the bag was just talking, Poor customer service, toddler behind the counter, Young children climbing over the counter and behind the counter, cashier looks tired hair is not neatly covered, trash outside the parking lot, wanted to order something they was out of it, order a two-piece combo, meat was greasy the bottom of the box was watery, she gave me a large drink, The drink had drink outside of it, she wiped it with a napkin and then wiped the counter and then wiped the lid. Half price food for bad customer service and bad food

I wish I could truly rate the food, service or atmosphere but I can't because I never ate here. I drive a vehicle that is too big for a drive through. So I tried to go inside. Yet the doors were locked. Dunno why the lobby would be locked. Still following stupid civid guidelines? Based on other reviews it seems the lobby has been closed for two years. Sad. I wanted to give you money.

Spent over 30 minutes trying to order through their app to no avail. Four attempts (twice with both the HWY 58 & Broad Street locales) & finally just went to the one on Broad Street & ordered via drive through. Ordered 10 piece "Family Meal," spicy, choosing Cole slaw as both sides, which includes 5 buttermilk biscuits. Upon arriving at my place, we discovered the chicken and biscuits were obviously sitting under the warming lights far too long. Dry is an understatement.The only thing redeeming was the young woman attending the drive through. She was very nice and offered condiments (hot sauce &/or honey packs.

Ghetto fabulous. Customer service isn't that great but I love the red beans & rice. I prefer legs and thighs but why do they always throw a wings and breasts in my box..

I'm a door dasher went to pick up my order and the lobby was closed. So I went through the drive thru there was a truck sitting blocking the way so I went around it. He blew his horn and told me they aren't taking orders right now they are on break. I pulled up to the drive thru window and sat there a good 5 minutes before someone shoved the order out the window without the drink. So of course I had to go back and retrieve the customers drink. I do understand that there are a shortage of employees but at least show a little concern for the way you handle orders . I mean we are trying to make a living also

Me and my wife just left 3 second ago literally we spent at least 45 mins in drive through plus we watch a car drive over the little side walk just cause they was tired of waiting... My wife call and ask is anyone running the drive through they said yes but there system was down. It sounded like it was a party going on and not a business the music was louder the the person on the phone

Tried to drive through at 9pm on a weekday, they claimed they were closed through the intercom although their hours are listed until 10pm. Then tried to go for LUNCH on a weekday a few days later … little old lady is leaving her shift and says the dining room is closed but you can go through the drive through. Ok fine, we were waiting to meet someone so waited maybe 5 minutes in the parking lot before going through. They come on the intercom and say “we aren’t taking orders right now.” I asked to clarify “so you’re closed?” They just repeated “we aren’t taking orders right now.” Tried to call the restaurant thinking maybe we could speak to a manager and find out if they are open or what’s up. They picked up the phone, said nothing, and hung it up. Y’all need to fire your crew and start over.

They get two stars because it was clean. There were no other customers dining inside but a long line of drive thru customers. There were only three people working, two working the counter and the drive thru window, one cooking. They told us we had to wait until the drive thru customers were served. We waited ten minutes and left. Pretty smart to cater to the drive thru customers and keep the dining room clean. We went on down to Wendy's and had the $5 big bag deal.
This was the worst customer experience I think I have experienced at a drive through restaurant. The lady that took our order was rude and hateful. When I pulled up to get my food she just held her hand out for my money, never said a word. When she gave me my food, not a thank you or have a nice day. What has happened to friendly customer service? It is like we are bothering them to order and give them money. I will not be back to this location.

Outrageous wait in the drive thru just to be told them didn't have any drinks once we got to the box to order. Would have been nice if an employee had come out and told us as we wouldn't have waited so long to go thirsty.

First car in line. The girl said to hold on a minute and now it’s been 10 minutes with lots of cars now behind us. They are out of beignets, never had in stock. Ridiculous place and service.

Could not dine in, she said they had no mac n cheese, asked for a large coke, she said they were out of drinks and the chicken nuggets were not even bite size. My worse ever experience with any fast food restaurant. I will not go back!
