if you don't have enough staff.how about you just don't open for the day.This causes the few employees there tremendous stress and brings out the worst attitudes in them.Needless to say I will never visit this run down establishment again. Save yourself the headache and visit the east ridge location where the staff is actually friendly.

I usually don't like Popeyes chicken but today I may have just changed my mind about that. The chicken I got today was so good . Hot fresh and absolutely wonderful. It's way better than the one that's on broad street.

Nice Team and food was fresh and hot.And gentleman walked out to my car and hand delivered it to me. Also,Team offered me a drink on a hot day while waiting for food preparation!!

I sat in line for 20 minutes just to be told that we are out of chicken and they couldn't help me I had 1 thing to say to this Popeyes it would be do better

The meal was just fine, but the real reason I'm giving major props to this location was the service. One man working all roles himself, when I pulled up some b****y woman was trying to scam her way to free food by claiming her dog ate her order. Everyone in the drive through line could hear her. The man working stayed calm and respectful the entire time and still managed to have a smile on his face when I pulled up to the window. A true professional!

Put in a very large order of food at 9:40 p.m. to be picked up at 10:00 p.m. for a group of 12 people. Credit card was charged and received an order confirmation from the restaurant. Arrived at 9:58 and an employee was walking out the backdoor - indicated they were closed and he confirmed that they did not have my order with another employee. Ended up going to KFC. A few days later (with the charge remaining on my credit card) I stopped by the store (because I could not get them to pick up the phone) and knocked on the door until someone answered. Person indicated he was the owner and blamed "corporate" for the problems. With an employee behind him - he also stated that he does not trust his employees, they close the store when they want, and that no one wants to work much because of COVID pay. I referred this issue to my credit card company. I am whole again.

Booo. I've always been to Popeyes for my chicken sandwich..but I may go across the street to hate chicken. Burnt and yelled at because we didn't start our order fast enough. Got an ear full from 2 employees at the window because we raised our voices back. Soooo I guess I deserve a Burt chicken sandwich..I threw it away because it didn't taste right either.

I was told I had to call an online number to figure out how to get my money back except they either didn't know the online number or were just entirely too lazy to provide it to me. Refused to just take my order and give me my food.

Used to frequent this location, always good. Stopped by on Memorial Day...omg..awful. Ordered the shrimp basket deal, horrible...must have been sitting there a long time. Even the fries were not hot. Very disappointing.
