This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. You sit at the window for 5-10 minutes and nobody says a thing to you and nobody else is in line.

I ordered through app for pick up. My fiancé got there and waited almost an hour for our food that was supposed to be ready in 10-15 not even. Went through the drive through and said the name twice for the order, got confirmation that someone would bring it out to a spot and continued to wait another 30 mins. Drove back around to someone saying no one said anything about a pick up order when a worker clearly acknowledged it TWICE. This place is horrible and unprofessional, ordering from this place only once was enough for me.

So expensive. Food was ok. But WOW with the price. We only got a 12 piece

This is actually the worst customer service I have ever seen. I don’t think I have ever left a food service review or even been In an environment like this. Whoever owns this place needs to find new investments cause this place will be shut down in 1 year.

Order taker was was extremely rude all because she didn’t think she should have to say “can I take your order” or “order when you’re ready” and got mad at us. Got to the window and she didn’t even ring up our food so there was a whole mix up. Ridiculous. Thank you to the woman at the window who replaced her and was very nice and made sure we got what we ordered.

Has asked me to pull up while going through the drive thru and forgotten about me multiple times. This time I got fed up and went inside, only to find out my order had been ready for about 15 minutes and was cold.

Not a single car in the drive through line and I’m sitting waiting over 20 minutes, I placed a mobile order and everything still taking forever. The woman who spoke to me at the window was super rude with such an attitude as well.

Just a little bit slow. Seen people coming in from drive through complaining about the wait while I was inside eating. I never use the drive-thru at ANY fast food restaurant. ( just my thing) Otherwise, it was a fresh & pleasant experience.

The reviews you see for this location are not just a bunch of Karens (though some are), this location's service is genuinely abysmal. I frequent this location due to its proximity to my work. After about a dozen or so visits to this store, I can honestly say I have never had good service here. Long waits even when no one else is in the drive through or parking lot, sometimes no employees will even be there to answer the drive through (this morning I arrived at 10:20, 20 minutes after opening, and no one answered the drive through and the doors were locked to go inside). And the service inside the store is not any better, it feels like the employees hate every person that walks in, and they move as though they are walking through quicksand. Food service is a difficult and exhausting job, I get it, but my God this location is just plain bad.

The food is edible to me simply because Popeyes has great seasoning, but the ingredients at this location are far from fresh. The buns on the sandwiches are almost always dry and falling apart, the chicken is almost always as dry as the buns, and the food looks as though the employees were playing catch with your order before they handed it to you.

Times are hard, everything is more expensive and money is harder to come by, and this store is absolutely not worth your hard-earned money. Don't let the management's replies to these reviews fool you, they have no interest in providing decent service and they won't be changing things any time soon, not until more customers like myself give up and stop buying from them.
