A staple restaurant in East Ridge that has been around for good reason. Excellent food with superb service. Took the family there the other day and Emma went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. We had a great time! Thank you Emma and the staff at Provino's!

We have eaten at Provino’s for many years. We had a group of 24 people tonight for a birthday dinner. Our waitress Haley Smith was outstanding. We eat out frequently, we have never experienced the service we received tonight. Our whole group was impressed with the service Haley provided. We need more people in this world like Haley who appreciates her job and takes excellent care of their customers. Haley is an asset to Provino’s.

Hate to see this place get so bad when it used to be so good. Husband and I have both been disappointed last 2 times we have gone. I miss the candles , low light and the display case of desserts in front. Romantic atmosphere is gone. Food is bland. No herbs visible in sauces. Had better jarred alfredo. No garnish like herbs or parsley or cracked pepper. Sad! Wondered why there was no wait on a table Saturday night at 6:30. Now I know.

Food delicious as always! Waitress Skylar took great care of us. All entrees are a winner. I like the Italian Trio which is no longer on the menu but they will serve it.
