It was noisy only because we were outside. Their prices are a little high but that seems consistent with all restaurants of late. The food was very good except for the apple chutney on the pork loin. It was basically just chopped apples. The pot roast was great as usual. Service was attentive but not over bearing.

The cocktails were amazing. Most of the meals were delicious, especially the pot roast and the pork tenderloin. The pork belly was overly salted and the steaks from the steak-frites meals were overcooked and tough. The frites, however, were perfect! We had an excellent server.

My husband and I love everything about Public House!! We live 2 hrs away and we have no problem taking that beautiful drive for a delicious afternoon of chef crafted delights and entrees, outstanding service and lovely ambience! Public House is one our “special places' ... every visit has never let us down!  Go ... well worth it!! :)

We had our son's Rehearsal Dinner at Public House Chattanooga on 8/15/25 and we could not have been more pleased with everything they have done for us. From the planning with the event organizer to the delicious food, wonderful timely service, set up of tables were beyond amazing. I would give 10 out of 5 stars for them I can. I recommend them highly for your upcoming private gatherings. Special thanks to Laura Ellinor for all her help. She was very responsive, accommodating, polite, knowledgable.

The food was delicious and the cocktails were great. Most of our table had the salmon and everyone bragged on it. The appetizers were delicious too. The dessert, banana pudding, was short of the mark — it didn't taste exactly right — not creamy, almost coarse.

Amazing food. One of the best dinners I’ve had. We had a great time. I had the pimento cheese burger with an extra side of corn succotash and it was excellent. Got to speak with the chef who walked our table through the menu for those with allergies, and we had a great experience. Dessert was almost too much by the time we were done. I would love to go back, if it wasn’t a thousand miles away. Highly recommend stopping in, especially if you’re in town for a convention as it’s only a few minutes walk from the convention center.

Never disappoints. Had a cheese plate today and it was fabulous. Banana pudding was not my favorite but that’s okay. I always sit in the bar area which I love because it is a little darker and the service is outstanding.
