They were fabulous. The waiter was so thoughtful and attentive. The food was amazing as always. I got pot roast and my husband got steak and fries. We love this place and will continue to return yearly!

Excellent experience as always. I eat here weekly. Today I had the soup house salad and butternut squash which were delicious. Service attentive. Price reasonable for the high quality of food and service. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Have been there several times and have never had a poor meal and the service staff has always been outstanding. If I lived in Chattanooga rather than 2 hours away I would go more often! Very reasonable, too.

We were seated in one of the back rooms and it was wonderful. We were a table of 5 and we could actually hear what everyone was saying. They have have really taken great measures to make the acoustics just perfect. Along with great food and service it was a perfect evening. Others at the table texted me the next day to say “great choice in restaurants”!

The food and service is always top notch at Public House. Smoked trout dip is a must! We love the strip steak and pork tenderloin too. Don't leave without having crème brûlée for dessert.

Unfortunately the only enjoyable dish was a burger. The other two dinners were not appetizing. The corn bread was extremely dry and tasteless. We were just not fortunate with what we chose.
Slightly pricy but very good food and service. Sat on the patio so the kids could be as loud as they liked. Their fried chicken is brined in sweet tea which was a new one for me but it was great. Loved the house made pimento cheese and fried pickles!

This restaurant has an excellent reputation; however, our experience was far different. Everything was going well until the food arrived. My NY Strip and fries were cold. The initial bite of steak was tough and cold. I immediately let our server know, and it was removed. The replacement came after the rest of my party finished eating. It was the proper temperature, but still tough. I choked down the steak. The manager did not charge us for my meal and provided two complimentary desserts, which were good. The saga didn't stop there. Two members of our party had terrible stomach issues that evening and were up all night with the "Tijuana two-step". The staff tried their best to mitigate the situation and were extremely apologetic. But in the end, the lasting impression was decidedly negative.

I went to a catered event here and all the food was phenomenal! There was a sweet/spicy glaze on the fried chicken bites. It was so delicious. We also really enjoyed the smoked trout dip and pimento cheese with fried pickles.

In Chattanooga for a work trip. Ate here twice this week. Pot roast was great, fried chicken was really good but Pot Roast was better. Both tries of soup of the day were excellent. Chili was great but the Mushroom soup is a top 3 soups of my life!
