Can't express how much our Waiter and the Manager were so attentive! My great nephew who's 10 has egg and dairy allergies. These 2 men went above and beyond for him. As if we were family. I think Derek was our Waiter. Wish I remembered their names. I'm from WI/IL border and our Red Lobsters are not up to par. Gurnee IL and Racine WI should take notes from you guys! It was Thanksgiving week and you guys killed it!

I ordered the shrimp and lobster linguine, The flavor was verwatery. I asked for a bowl of lemons and squeezed them to enhance the taste, added salt and pepper, but still was not great. My husband and daughter both ordered the Cajun chicken Alfredo it was runny and had very little flavor they said.. They asked for a side of the Cajun seasoning and tried to dress it up a bit. Biscuits were flat and doughy in the center, The dough in the center was stretchy. It wasn’t like they were just moist and there was no butter on the outside of the biscuits. They were the most bland gross cheddar Bay biscuits I’ve ever had at red lobster. I’ve never had a bad experience with the biscuits ever this was the first. After we paid our bill that was over $100, We spoke to the manager just to let him know that the dinner was disappointing and he was only able to say I’m sorry I hope you come back. We assured him that we would absolutely not be back and then again he just apologized. Did not offer to give us a coupon a discount on future purchases he didn’t offer to bring us a dessert or anything which was fine but he was so squirrely he could barely look us in the eyes. We were very kind, but wanted to inform him that the quality of the food was substandard, The manager‘s name was Davis, and he seemed very indifferent. It’s no wonder the parking lot was empty on a Friday night at 7 o’clock. Save your money

Mary was the perfect server with a sweet smile and her kindness was a 10/10! This was my birthday and I live over one hour from Chattanooga… but it was worth it. She checked on us regularly: refilling our drinks and biscuits. Please acknowledge her if possible; she deserves it!

Decided to see if it had improved as they said it had. I had Crab Carbonara and wife had Coconut Shrimp. Food was much better than it had been in past years. I don't give 5s but they probably deserved it. We will start going back again.

Oh, y'all should have a free Veterans Meal on Veterans Day, I just stuffed my face at IHOP. Now I'm going to go around town eating at all the freeee Joints. I'm gonna be a fat sow by the end of the day. I already feel bloated after pancakes and eggs. Aghaaaa

I got a gift card to use for my birthday so we decided to go have dinner July 22 our waitress was so nice so we ordered 2 walz shrimp platter. Shrimp tasted so bad like something was wrong with it. I talked to the manager that evening she apologized and put me on hold came back and said the district manager would call me next day I never heard from them. It's been 2 weeks. As much money as you charge you should take better care of your customers. They the ones that keeps you in business. I just pray no one got sick from that day eating there. It was nasty. Sorry to have to say that. I love seafood but it put a bitter taste in my mouth. After talking to the district manager they email me another gift card so we decided to use it on Nov 9th went to the same location was greeted sat down this guy waked over took our order didn't get our garlic bread till almost our food came out. Then we saw no one till almost time to get our bill i went over to the girl that greeted us show her my email the district manager sent me she said they don't use them lol I then said I talked to the district manager she then looked at the guy next to her said do we honor them? I said I'll like to see the manager she looked at it said yesmam just give it to your sever. Thanks for the second try but the hixson location has alot of issues maybe work on that store. Gave Red Lobster another try after several years of avoidance and boy were we impressed! Quality was top notch like we used to get. We will be back for more lobster flatbread and very well priced draft beer!

We were here for lunch. I had the “Spendless” Shrimp. Two of the three shrimps entrees were good. The Alfredo sauce was too buttery for my taste. The server, Destiney was probably the best server we’ve ever experienced at this Red Lobster location. She was friendly, smiled and was knowledgeable.

So to get a substitute on the ultimate feast it cost $5 more. The only vegetable it seems in the whole place is broccoli. Where did the salads go? Greens really help digest the other rich foods on the menu.
Service was fantastic excluding the staff hooking up a vacuum cleaner and using it in the dining room during my meal.
I ordered the surf and turf. Not sure which was tougher the lobster or the steak. The mashed potatoes reminded me of what I was served from an ice cream scoop in the army. Hard and cold.
Will not be back, to what was at one time, a favorite place to dine.

Crab legs were excellent, the shrimp appetizer was wonderful with the dragon sauce. Waitress was knowledgeable and very friendly. We ate early so there was no waiting.
