The drink was watered down. The table next to ours complained about the watery drink. The New Orleans Salmon, nothing about it, was New Orleans style. No seasoning. Mac and cheese need salt and pepper. Waitress was slow it was not busy. All she kept repeating to her tables was, "I'm sorry." Next time, we will go to Pier 88. Our host was very sweet, it had just rained suddenly and we were soaked. He provided us with a table right away and some napkins to clean up. Our waiter was nice but not very knowledgeable about how the food was prepared when asked if the Mac and cheese was baked or just regular style. Portions are gigantic and the biscuits were as expected absolutely addictive.

For a place that specializes in "seafood" I can say in 40 years I have never been served hot crab legs. They are always cold and tear apart when trying to remove the meat from the legs. I imagine crablegs at Red Lobster are "cooked" in a microwave. The best crab legs I ever ate were served to me at Lands End Tavern in Hilton Head, South Carolina and if those were a 100, then anything from Red Lobster is less than 12. After 40 years, I am sure it will never improve.

Our party ordered lobster tail and it was mushy and smelled like old socks. It was really disappointing because we went for Valentines day dinner. The manager never came over to apologize but the waitress did take $17 off our meal. I mean why do you still have the name Red Lobster if you can't cook it correctly!!

Me and my wife eat here about once a month and our service is always good. We get different things off the menu and everything is always good except one time I ordered the all you can eat shrimp and it was a bit rubbery, I told our server who took it away and apologized and brought fresh cooked shrimp that was very good. The manager even came and apologized and comped the shrimp for us.
