The waiter was awesome and the food was good. That being said we will not be going back $3.79 for a glass of sparkling water and unsweetened tea, food that doesn’t even fill up the plate, and missing items and wilted produce makes the bill a bit much

Lowered rating because of last post

Went here last week. Had the fish&chips with baked potato in place of fries. The fish was hot but very greasy. Just about the worst I ever had. The potato was very small.

Second visit:
Yesterday 12/8/25 went to this red lobster.
2200 Bams Drive, Chattanooga Tn 37421.
The noise (very loud banging)from the air/heating vent has a loose metal sheet.This was happening on the last 2 visits to this location. Other guest seated near us also noticed the disruption. Makes this location seems trashy with no repairs on building. If it the same next time

Had a large party and took over one hour to get our order. Restaurant was not crowded. Food was mediocre. Miss the old RedLobster!

The food came out lukewarm and the Long Island Ice Tea tasted more like a sugary beverage with no alcohol. For the price of the meal, I'd expect Red Lobster to compete with the likes of Pappadaux or other mid level seafood establishments but honestly there's no competition. Red Lobsters attempt at a comeback was a complete failure to me.
