Red Owl Coffee Company

I have not had the food here but I have had the drinks. Aliyah, Laura and Dakota are phenomenal, i hope the company recognizes the great people yall have !! In a world where people are going at it with each other and customer service is not something you see anymore I appreciate them! They call me by name and always compliment my outfit or glasses (I have multiple prescription glasses) . Especially when I go in before work I actually enjoy coming to the red owl. I know my day will be made!

Great food and fantastic service! We have been going to Red Owl more frequently lately and we see Chloe (a barista) who is welcoming us with a friendly smile. She is a friendly positive face when returning to Red Owl. She is good at proving fast service. Thank you!

My iced chai came as a iced coffee, instant headache.

All the hot food is microwaved, so keep expectations low.
Workers are nice and seem to stay on task.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while so I door dashed a frappe and a bagel breakfast sandwich. In my opinion it’s alright. not really worth that much money. I got a small drink but not even half the drink is the frappe, it’s more just the foam they put on top. and the sandwich is alright. nothing special honestly.

Great food, so much better than Starbucks. Cold brew is a bit weak compared to a lot of places. Iced espresso/latte is pretty good.

My family and I are regular customers and usually have a good service, but this time I sat at the window for a good 10 minutes staring at my coffee on the drive through counter being ignored be each of the three teammates inside. When they finally asked me if I was waiting on a baked good, I said "No, I'm just here for the dosta and sunrise." The teammate then rudely threw the drinks at me and slammed the drive through window. I get that people have bad days, but that level of poor service was uncalled for.

It's Wednesday October 30th 7:20 am. The girl behind the counter has apparently not been trained. She has very poor communication skills and treated me with an attitude of indifference.
