Perfect spot to eat before you shop or end the shopping with a meal. Service is cool, food is tasty and the atmosphere is alright. Reasonably priced items on the menu. The booth area can be a bit snug when you have a party of 4 or more, just fyi.

Very horrible, I use to like this place but don't get the ribs or chicken....the ribs are old and the chicken is so hard you can't eat it....seems like they sold me 2 day old ribs.....the chicken was very bad....and the had the nerve to ask me if I wanted some more.....WHY WOULD I

Whiskey BBQ Burger was cooked as order. Steak fries were yummy. Server was very polite but never refilled my tea nor brought me any refills on my fries (kinda ghosted his 2 tables). Restaurant was clean, not busy at all for dinner this particular afternoon.

My wife and I had the salmon and the jalapeno burger. The burger and onion rings were outstanding. The salmon was decent, but was cooked slightly more done than we prefer. The amount of broccoli that came as a side was impressive.

The staff that attended to us were exceptionally friendly, including a walk by of the management team.

Would definitely recommend.

We were so excited to try Red Robin for the first time. We were seated quickly in the bar area that had 1-2 more tables occupied. After we sat for 10 minutes and we saw 1 server, who dropped off drinks to a table. Another 10 min passed, and we saw no one. I went to the bar to ask who our server was, and was completely ignored by the “bar tender” whose bar was completely empty. My wife went to the host stand to ask who our server was and was met with “they’re busy”. So we of course got up to leave because they were too busy to serve us. I then asked to speak to the manager, the hostess response was “talking to the manager won’t help anything!” So yeah, HIGHLY do NOT recommend!

i went on veterans day and i hated how service is now. They don't refill your drink unless you press a button on a tablet they didn't even tell you existed. Thought it was just a sign on the table they essentially ignore you until you do something on that tablet, was nice for paying but I feel like they don't deserve a tip for me pinging them for something.

I went to Red Robin for dinner with my family today, and the service was terrible from start to finish. Our waiter/bartender was rude and dismissive. My wife had to ask several times just to get water, and my burger was made wrong even after I clearly asked for American cheese. By the time my family finished eating, my food still wasn’t ready. I asked for it to go, and when I got home, it turned out to be the wrong burger altogether. This is completely unacceptable. We came for a simple family dinner and left disappointed and frustrated.
