Food was good but our waiter Maddie was so rude and we asked for refills and she walked away to “go get them” and she walked around and then came back and ignored us and served the only other table in there that had people and walked away
Just waited a little over an hour for 2 burgers to go. Was told several times that they were bagging it up. After almost an hour I was told that one burger had to be remade but that it was almost ready. Finally an hour and 7 minutes from the time we ordered, our food was ready. What a disappointment. Cold burgers and fries. And no plastic ware for the side salad. This was our first trip to Red Robin and it will definitely be our last.

We were out of town for husband business. Had to split his food separately from rest of family. Our server Lexie was the first one in a week that didn't get confused when we explained the situation. And she was VERY patient with our kids order and my meal adjustments.

Great food and Great staff.
As many years as I can remember, Red Robin was around, but this was the 1st time I ever ate at one. Daughter decided this is where she wanted to go for her birthday. They have very good burgers, and the bottomless sides are amazing, although my wife, who loves sweet potato fries, did not care for these. Too small and too much salt. Everything else for everyone else was great.

Never had a bad meal or server at this location. Food and drinks are always as described and pictured in the menu. Always asked if we want refills on fries. Promptly sat and served every time.

We don't have one of these on our side of town down here near Atlanta. It's a bit of a treat when we get to go this one up near Chattanooga. What really made this visit outstanding however was our server Maddie. She had several tables but still did an awesome job and was very helpful with recommendations and such. It's nice to see someone who is so good at her job and handles the juggling of multiple tables with ease and professionalism. She really makes a good place - outstanding. Thanks
