I love their food every time I order. Decided to try something new , the Pad Thai . It claims it’s spicy but it wasn’t spicy instead I received more sweet than anything. I called them to see if it was a mistake , I promise I’m not picky nor do I ever call places . But I am not a sweet food person so unfortunately I had to throw it away so I wasted my money . I would’ve wished they refunded me or something . So be aware of the pad Thai it’s sweeter than you think

I'm so DEVASTATED! They changed their recipe on their seafood ceviche and it's DISGUSTING!!!!!! It taste like fish they caught in a dirty river, mixed with some gross store bought yuzu sauce. It's thick and looks like snot with a horrid fake yuzu flavor. Has no spice at all anymore either. Price has increased and quality decreased DRASTICALLY!!! I'm so sad😭🤧. Bring back the old recipe. The new recipe is trash. I would eat their ceviche as a cold remedy. Now I wouldn't eat this if I were starving. I don't know how you went from best thing I've ever eaten to 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮. The first photo is what I posted from 5 years ago, and the second is today. You can see the difference. Unacceptable. I had not even taken a bite from either container when these photos were taken. You can clearly see a huge difference!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. The menus at The Rice Box are flat-out wrong – prices listed don’t match what they actually charge you. When I pointed it out, they didn’t try to fix the mistake or make it right in any way. Instead, they brushed it off and blamed the “new owners.” That is the most unprofessional excuse I’ve ever heard.
As a business owner myself, I can tell you this is NOT how you treat customers. You own up to mistakes and take care of the people who are paying you, not push the blame elsewhere. Their attitude was careless and dismissive, and it shows they don’t care about their customers at all.
I definitely will NOT be back, and I recommend everyone take their business somewhere else where honesty and customer service actually matter.

I have eaten here numerous times and it never disappoints. Yesterday everything from the hot and sour soup to the steamed dumplings and the Hibachi chicken were 10 out of 10.

The worst service I have ever received. I paid $23 for a teriyaki chicken entrée to go. When I got home, the soup and salad were not in the bag. I called back to ask about it, and the worker stated that I didn’t order that. When I brought up that I paid $23, she replied, “Well, that’s our price.” Then hung up on me.

A must-stop for every traveler! We just had a fantastic lunch at Rice Boxx and honestly — everything was perfect from start to finish!
We ordered: • Hibachi noodles with steak • Volcano roll • Tuna spice roll • Tropical roll • Cashew chicken • Pad Thai
Every single dish was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The vegetables in the cashew chicken were perfectly sautéed — crisp, not overcooked, and lightly seasoned to let the natural flavors shine through. Not too spicy, just balanced and delicious.
The sushi rolls were outstanding — each one had its own distinct character and flavor. Bright, flavorful, and beautifully presented — not just thrown together like in some places.
Service was quick and genuinely kind — everyone we spoke to was polite and welcoming.
The atmosphere felt authentic and calming, with soft music and a cozy little fish tank adding to the relaxed vibe. Honestly, it felt like we were having dinner at a friend’s house — warm, casual, and comforting.
Highly recommend — this was such a great stop on our Florida road trip!
