We ate breakfast there on September 14, after enjoying a Mocs football win (my grandson plays there). We had the best waitress Brittney, who was simply amazing. Brittney was so attentive, helpful and sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, food and atmosphere.

Shannon took amazing care of us today. Super helpful and friendly, we both agreed she was the best server we’ve had in a while.

Good food and service. Ordered the fried chicken Benedict and would recommend if your into a more savory eggs Benedict.

We had a fantastic breakfast at Ruby Sunshine. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Pig Omelette was huge, packed with flavor, and came with a fluffy biscuit and their incredible house-made butter.
The French toast bites were perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. The fried chicken on the Chicken & French Toast Bites was cooked to perfection with a crunchy coating and juicy inside.
We also loved the Bread Pudding Pancakes. They really did taste like bread pudding in pancake form!
Great atmosphere and friendly, fast service. We were seated right away with no wait during breakfast hours, which was a big plus.
This spot is a must-visit for a hearty and flavorful Southern breakfast!

Meh, the food was pretty underwhelming. My husband’s burger was missing the egg but we didn’t see our server for a while after the food was delivered, so he just ate it as is. The burger was good, but soggy fries. I ordered an iced latte and had to remind our server it hadn’t been delivered, then it came hot (not iced). Our server was a really nice guy, just seemed to be juggling a lot at once.

I met my son in Chattanooga , he had moved to Indiana. Two and half years prior he was leaving the nest and we took a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. While there we ate at Mother's several days. A fantastic place if you ever get to New Orleans. My favorite breakfast was the Etouffee Omelet with grits.
Ruby Sunshine did not have Etouffee Omelet but their Shrimp Omelet was of a quality you would find at Mother's. The grits and biscuits were excellent. Of course we had the Beignets.
Try this place, it is great
