make sure all your food is hot when they bring it out to you. my first time there and I was not happy. margarita was too sweet and I think they forgot to add alchohol.

Service was extremely slow and the dining room was only half full. Our fajita chicken was dry and not much flavor. It took about 10 minutes for them to bring our drinks. Our waitress was pleasant but apparently had too much to do.

The bourbon chicken dinner wasnt nothing like the picture. It was grilled chicken with sauce poured over the chicken you also cant order the soup by itself the want you to buy the soup salad together $13.99. I will not recommend this restaurant to know one But the staff was great with the services but my food was not its Best

I went to this particular Ruby Tuesday's on Wednesday. I thought it'd be pretty empty because I went around 4, but am I surprised, parking lot was pretty full. That was a whole bunch of old people in their eating salads. So I'm like, hell yeah, I won't get lystra. I got the salad bar and the Hickory bourbon salmon with dirty rice. The dirty rice in Hickory bourbon salmon both have quite a spicy kick. That was fine with me since I was exactly what I wanted. The salad bar was good, if all the things on it tended to mix together because of people reaching over other things. I don't have any allergies or dietary restrictions so it didn't bother me however, it could others. The reason I'm not giving you five stars is because the service is really really slow. There's a few employees to sit in the bar Lobby and Shadow on the breaks, which is fine. The only problem I have for this is because I was eating a spicy dish I need lots of water so I had to get it myself. But even the water jugs were empty! My server was all over when she realized it it was very apologetic, I don't fault her. There were plenty of others that could have helped out. The realest area in Chattanooga Hixson there's not a lot of salad bars that are well-represented like at Ruby Tuesdays. I will definitely be back for that, probably not the entree so much as what I got was very dependent a phone making sure I had drink and that was a consistent problem.

I told my fiance there today for lunch, he noticed on the door they have military discount. (Does not state you can't use it at lunch) that was very disappointing! The service was great though and food was delicious! I really wish they would correct the door please!!

Service was quick and our server was nice. Went for the garden bar primarily and it was fresh. The other food that was ordered to our table was pretty average, American fare.
I go specifically for the salad bar. Excellent selection of fresh produce and all the toppings. A staff member was diligently refilling the bar.

I like my steak cooked medium well and it wasn't cooked that way. It was very bloody and I asked her to recook it and it still came back bloody!! I just wasn't impressed with the service at all!!!

We finally tried the famous salad bar and weren't disappointed! There was a wait on the weekend, but it wasn't bad. It was the same price for my husband to get a sandwich with the salad bar as a side as me just getting the salad bar. I recommend getting an entree with the salad.
