Ruth's Chris Steak House

This is my second poor experience in the main dining area at this Ruth's Chris. The food was consistent and good but the service was inattentive at best. Server did the bare minimum, took forever to get drinks, refills etc. Wasn't particularly friendly. Got overcharged for a full entree when only ordered the appetizer portion. Wasn't worth the extra time and hassle to send it back. Sitting in the bar is a much better experience at this location. For what it costs, you can get a much better experience with same quality food at other steakhouses in Chattanooga.

Everything was just wonderful. Ruths Chris is always consistently superior in every category. We can count on quality, efficiency and good value. This is our third visit to the restaurant and we be back for New Years Eve and any other time we want a fabulous dining experience.

Simply outstanding at all phases. Huge turnout but still had favorable seating. Cannot even remember when food and service was the caliber of meal.

It was a very busy Thanksgiving at Ruth's Chris. We both ordered the turkey dinner, which was fine. What was better than fine was the service, the wine and the beer. Ruth's is not cheap but I always leave there feeling that I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. Kudo's to our primary server Rachel, she was a gem. All of the other staff were friendly and courteous.

Everthing we ordered was on point ....cooked to perfection .Our waitress was attentive abs very personable. We will absolutely return .

Had the Thanksgiving meal. Disappointed in the overall quality of the food. Service was good.

Rachel was our server, she was wonderful! She is always happy and can always answer any questions we may have.

We had wonderful service but the food, other than the corn and crab chowder was bad. Not mediocre but actively bad. From the tasteless turkey to carrots that had obviously come out of a pot where something burned to dessert that wasn't worth eating. Overpriced and the kitchen thinks too much of their own talents.

We had a great experience! Our server Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also appreciate the traditional meal added to the menu! Everything was great and we're looking forward to our next meal there.

Wanted a relaxing evening with great ambiance and delicious food. Our experience was everything we were looking for. Our server, Rachel, and those supporting her were friendly and attentive. The cocktails, wine and entrees were perfect. We had a great time and great meal.

Exceptional service and ambiance. Good location, just off I-75 and near Hamilton Place Mall.

Great location to visit. Close to the interstate. Second time going and it didn't disappoint. JORDAN was our waiter both times. He was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain the menu and his favorites to eat. Thank you Jordan for making another great moment with my wife.

Food was amazing! Service phenomenal! The entire experience was perfect for my small birthday party!

The food was great.The atmosphere was beautiful.The service was Perfect. We were celebrating our anniversary.There are other couples there too. It was a very intimate setting, beautiful decor. Everything was perfect until a party of ten basically took over the restaurant with loud very boisterous laughter and talking/shouting to the point where we could barely hear ourselves at our table. it was very rude. They were so loud.We could hear every single word they were saying. that was unfortunate to us and the other couples, enjoying a delicious meal. It seems to me on the hostess could have sat that very large party away from the other couples who were enjoying romantic intimate meal. That makes sense to me but... I guess that didn't matter.
