Ruth’s Chris Steak House is one of the best places I have ever visited. The food, the atmosphere, the staff. Just wow! I really appreciate those who go that extra mile with authenticity and I can tell this restaurant knows how to deliver.

In town for the SkillsUSA competition and decided on a steakhouse for dinner. Jordan was our server and he was absolutely AMAZING! Very attentive and great with his suggestion on a ribeye vs lamb chops (I was indecisive). Kudos to you Jordan, I’ll definitely be back! Oh yeah the music playlist??great job!

We ate here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Unfortunately, I got terrible food poisoning and had to miss being in my best friend’s wedding from the food that I ate here. Ended up in the emergency room I was so sick. We did really enjoy and appreciate the waitstaff, so shoutout to Tiffany and her team. This was my first and last time eating at Ruth’s Chris.

After a 14 hour day on the road we settled into our room at Embassy Suites and decided to order room service which was Ruth’s Chris. My wife and I both ordered the Prime Rib burger which came with fries. The food was delivered to our room an hour later by two young men.. not sure why it took two to push a small cart with a small tray. In a word the food was cold. Room temp cold. The fries were cold flavorless limp cardboard cold. The burger was just as cold and the bun was a soggy mess. In a word it was inedible and the real topper was the “tomato” that the “chef” had dressed the burger with. It was green. What chef would actually slice a totally green unripe tomato and put it on a burger? You need to seriously up your game. The burgers went in the trash where they belong.
