wings still had oil on them, I asked for mild all I could taste was oil and chicken, no flavor. wait time was 15-20 minutes even tho there was one car in front of us. fries didn't have seasoning. the tenders was good.

We stopped in on the way to tuscaloosa, wings were awful. We got all drums. Waited about 20 minutes, we were on with that because the food should be cooked to order. We got the wings, looks like they went and got them from the baby chickens. They were tiny and tasted burnt.. are of 24 dollars.. we try to support small local businesses but we will have to pass on this one. When I say they were tiny, I'm talking maybe 3 inch drums at best. My thumbs were bigger than the wings.

I’ve ordered wings from Saks for years. Not sure if the recipe has changed or not. But, I paid $25 for wings that both myself and wife could not eat.We had to throw them in the trash along with the $25 I wasted. We will not return.

Horrible it’s definitely not the same people or flavor.. the window girl don’t even look presentable neither does the man who brought out the food. I called to complain and all I got was” oh it’s not a sauce it’s a rub” like huh? What about the flavor? What about the quality it’s just a no for me and I’m sure everyone will eventually notice the difference in the quality and taste soon or later. Try to support ya own people and they never keep it consistent so I’ll never shop here again.

The catfish here is outstanding, in my book! The prep takes a few minutes, but it always comes out piping hot and delicious! I will gladly wait a bit to get food that’s fresh and tastes out of this world! Keeps me coming back!

I went to Saks Wing Shak for the first time in 2017. I don't get to go as often as I would like but personally, I think this is my favorite wing place in Chattanooga! The food is always made fresh (yes, that means expect to wait for a few minutes), the staff have always been kind and friendly, the variety of the food on the menu is unique but great (everyone will find something they like), and I honestly do not believe you can't beat the prices - especially for what they have. If you have driven down Brainerd Rd and looked over at the place fourteen hundred times thinking "I'd like to try that place one day", take the time out of your day and stop and grab something!Parking: This is a Drive-Thru only restaurant, be prepared for that, you will likely pull up and wait for your food to get ready and your food will be brought to you by one of the wonderful employees. Makes for a great take-out lunch/dinner and either take home or go have a picnic with the kids.

I had a taste for Saks wings and on the way home I stopped, placed my order for my favorite flavor mesquite and they were out. Nevertheless I still ordered and was pleased with the service, and promptness… Also would like to mention the to-go-bag what a refreshing look. Great addition!!
