Go to Dos Bro instead of here. Cost more for much less. I get a bowl at both locations and I'm still hungry after eating at Salsaritas. Dos Bro I take some home everytime. Chicken was also cold. Definitely won't be back to this store.

We got a catering order and they didn’t have enough burners on site, and the manager literally drove to a different store to get some and delivered what we needed to our location. Excellent service, and they were very helpful and easy to work with!

Stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for a bean and cheese burrito that was ordered online. Ignored me, refused to give refund. Terrible customer service.

Terrible portion sizes. Last time we visited, we got a family taco kit. It barely feed three normal size people. So now we are trying a burrito & chicken bowl there’s barely any chicken or meat, and the burrito is barely the size of a small hotdog bun. You also forgot the mango salsa. What a ripoff!!! Someone please tell the manager to stop skimping with the
food cost just so they get a big bonus! We will not be back until the portion size matches the prices you charge people!

Tonight at 7:15, I took my 7yr old for a little “date night” because that’s where HE wanted to go. The place was dead, 2 other couples eating, no one in line. I tried to order my son a kids “bowl”, the food prep kid mumbled “we don’t do that anymore.” I said “ok, can I get a small bowl of rice and just add chicken and a few other things? I’ll pay whatever it costs, he just doesn’t eat that much.” Told ONCE AGAIN, “we don’t do that anymore.” THEN the food prep kid told me, “just get him nachos”. Ummm, no, that’s not what he wants. So I let it go and just ordered him a regular size bowl, and asked for a drizzle of queso over it. Told AGAIN “we don’t do that anymore” and proceeded to dump a full scoop onto his bowl. Ordered my food, and while doing so i glance around and notice the worker behind the cash register was EATING and LICKING HIS FINGERS the entire time. DISGUSTING!!!!! I get up to pay, floored at this point by how rude the food prep kid was and this guy is STILL LICKING HIS FINGERS while ringing me up, I asked him the name of the food prep guy, who had now disappeared to the back. Cashier snapped at me, “you can ask him yourself!!” I said excuse me?? So he repeated it, “ask him yourself!!!!” So I asked for the manager. Sydney the “manager” came out, scowling at me. I told her how absolutely disgusting it was her employee was literally eating and licking his fingers, on the front line at a food establishment, and since he has touched my chips on the tray as he pulled it closer to the front, I asked for fresh chips. She’s literally ROLLED her eyes at me and said “he didn’t touch your chips but ok whatever, YOU’RE the TYPE that would complain about anything!! THEN she told me “and it’s not YOUR place to say anything to him!!!!” I just looked at her, and said “excuse me??? Do you condone that??” And her response to me was “How about you TRY to have a good night!!” FLOORED. She completely profiled me because I am a classy, put together woman. If I didn’t have my son there I would have absolutely lost my shit. However, I kept a smile on my face, told my son we would take our food home. So after they have brought out the entire kitchen staff to now come from the back to look at me, I go back up to the counter and ask Braylen ( the one who spent more time licking his fingers then doing anything else) “can I just get a bag for my food, we aren’t staying.” And his response to me was, “uh yeah, but you’re GONNA SAY PLEASE to me.” I literally just looked at him, and said “are you being serious…”then he REPEATED HIMSELF!!! Absolutely speechless, and mortified. It was by far the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. And I’ve worked in this industry, I was a server for years. The “service” I experienced by Sydney, Braylen, and Gaspar was absolutely appalling. I paid for my food and left, while my 7 YEAR OLD SON said, “Mom, they weren’t nice at all to us. I’m sorry I picked this place, it’s all my fault.” Absolutely DISGRACEFUL. DISGUSTING, EXTREMELY RUDE, HATEFUL, and DEGRADING. For Braylen to TELL me, “YOU’RE GONNA SAY PLEASE TO ME” for a bag??!?! THEN REPEATED HIMSELF??? NEVER AGAIN. I will tell EVERYONE i know to avoid this restaurant, we will no longer cater from them, nor will our company headquarters. I will contact the Health Department next. Absolutely disgusted, and EXTREMELY disappointed.

I think it was wrong getting rid of my husband for one he doesn't steal and two why would he steal $33.00 that's just mess up and three y'all didn't even bother to look at the cameras plus he have me to do that i would have gave him some money if that's the case and he got paid yesterday sad

Mexican worker high with red eyes constantly laughing and couldn't properly make my food manager was high too and she was trying to argue with me about the portion size when her employee the Mexican guy didn't know how to do his job

Unfortunately I gave it a 4 star because the service was really bad at this one. The other SalsaRita's in Hixson area is perfectly fine and I had good experiences with them. Salsarita's food is extremely good and no issues with that whatsoever.

However the service at this one was really Qpoor. First, the man gave me the wrong order. Second, he didn't explain any additional charges for what I wanted to get. Third, when I tried to explain, correct the order, figure out what I was being charged for, a woman (I'm assuming the manager), was incredibly rude and short with me. I did not appreciate being treated that way and it would benefit your customers if you explain the charges or confirm with them they know what they are getting.

White cashier was so rude and nasty. Didn’t give me what I asked , and when she finally did she had an attitude. I wish I went in there with my mom, next time I will and if she has another attitude it will be a problem

Very amazing place
Im not familiar with the area but the staff was amazing cant remeber the ladies names completely i think Jade and Alyssa .. wonderful ladies great customer service they were all so kind especially since I have a learning disability and speech impediment! I felt 100% welcomed and wasn't treated badly at all the food was fresh and they even answered all my questions about the food and ingredients!! 100% will come back reccomend to all my friends ps. Way better than moes hehehe jade told me to try dipping my burrito in queso and guacamole and I loved it ty chattanooga!!! ❤️

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years. I’ve gotten the same thing every time. I have to drive 15+ minutes so I don’t like my chips to get soggy. The store manager told me I couldn’t have my chips seperate from my nachos. Stated they “couldn’t do it anymore.” Just put my chips in a seperate container? In a 10 cent bag? Charge me extra for the bag? Very disappointing. Definitely will not be returning to this location since my needs can’t be accommodated.
