Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

I went to this location on 11/2/2024 and had the absolute worst experience. I approached the counter and two girls were working, neither of them even looked up to acknowledge me. They didn’t greet me or look at me, they just continued having their own conversation. It was extremely rude and awful how they treated me and their customer service is simply vile. These two girls deserve to be fired!

Don't ask for double protein. They charge $7.00 and the amount of protein is still minimal. Meals for 3 people 1 regular bowl, 1 with double protein and a burrito with only double chicken and cheese and the bill was $67. Will not eat at this chain again

I was on crutches and Daniel was kind enough to help me carry my order to my vehicle even though they were really busy! So very thoughtful!

They were very helpful and clear. One of the workers named Scott helped me a ton and he made me laugh. It was a really good experience and he made my day! Hire more people like him!!

For my wife’s birthday party, we decided to go with a Nacho Bar from Salsarita’s. It was a big hit and everyone really enjoyed the delicious food. Thank you so much for everything. The food was awesome and the staff was top notch. I will definitely remember them for future gatherings.

Go to Moe's down the street. This salsaritas makes chipotle portions look enormous. I had to ask for double steak, sourcream 3 times, and cheese I had to say more 5 times and it was still barely anything. They grab next to nothing on everything but the salsa. Sadly the manager just stood behind the line. No customer service, barely can hear the employees, and the absolute worst portions. 25 dollars for the world's smallest burrito and chips.

Food is good but they definitely shake the spoon it kind of hurts your feelings I think I got mabye 16 black beans and a tables spoon of refried I ask for both kinds to make it look a little better and it still was short but if you see dreads serving just know your getting shorted

Lovely experience each time I visited. I definitely love the cleanliness of the store, and the fresh ingredients used in the food and service are always top-notch.Ps. The silver haired gentleman who's the manager not only has a great attitude and calm demeanor, he is beautiful...just a bonus
