We got a catering order and they didn’t have enough burners on site, and the manager literally drove to a different store to get some and delivered what we needed to our location. Excellent service, and they were very helpful and easy to work with!

Unfortunately I gave it a 4 star because the service was really bad at this one. The other SalsaRita's in Hixson area is perfectly fine and I had good experiences with them. Salsarita's food is extremely good and no issues with that whatsoever.

However the service at this one was really Qpoor. First, the man gave me the wrong order. Second, he didn't explain any additional charges for what I wanted to get. Third, when I tried to explain, correct...

Very amazing place
Im not familiar with the area but the staff was amazing cant remeber the ladies names completely i think Jade and Alyssa .. wonderful ladies great customer service they were all so kind especially since I have a learning disability and speech impediment! I felt 100% welcomed and wasn't treated badly at all the food was fresh and they even answered all my questions about the food and ingredients!! 100% will come back reccomend to all my friends...
