Teriyaki chicken is nothing special andthe cashier upsold me to buy 3 of the worst tempura shrimp I've ever had. My order was over 20 dollars and made me feel like a sucker. I will never eat here again.

Their Teri chicken is super tasty. The mixed veggies are bland and could benefit from sauce. The sushi was ok as were the dumplings. I can see why people rave about the chicken. This is in a food court … so that is what the atmosphere is. Will eat there again.

Ordered takeout via Uber Eats. Two of three spring rolls were missing and also missing soy sauce and duck sauce as requested on original order. Got refund from Uber but two of my three guests didn’t enjoy their meals due to missing spring rolls. I don’t care about the cost or money, I just wanted all my food to complete the meals. Please pay closer attention to the takeout orders before sending out for delivery. The food was very good, I’m just upset about the missing spring rolls.

I've been eating at this chain for 30+ years. This location is disappointing. Very poor quality beef. The shrimp has a strange bleach flavor. Cashier automatically upcharged me for fried rice when I wanted standard white rice. Cashier refused to give me a cup of tap water, and said only $3 bottle of water was available. Won't be coming back.

My card took a fee out right before I had to pay an I didn’t realize it and I went to pay and of course my card declined these people are so rude and wouldn’t give me a refund at first and they all laughed but they’re really the joke because of a certain reason I won’t say here but anyway very rude people same guy has been working there for years and he is the rudest of them all and the girl who the the hat

Came here today to get the buy one get one teriyaki because I received a text yesterday that the deal was going on today. And they were so rude and kept telling us it was not going on and really pretty much couldn’t understand what we were trying to say. To come back tomorrow. We said it was only for today July 15th as it stated on the ad. They just wanted to argue with us so we just paid for the food and then after that the cook slammed our stuff on to our trays. Y’all need to get it together at this location and hire some new people!

I used to love this place growing up but as time has passed it’s only been going downhill.
They don’t know anything at all about the app so when you try to use it the Chinese lady always just says she don’t know.
All the workers there seem to hate existing and like the thought of being there is going to take them out. It’s sad because this place could be great but the people there are just bringing it down.
Well, that was a nice 25 years.
Sarku is one of my favorite quick-service options ever.
Yet, despite their success they have succumbed to mission creep.
They've expanded their menu beyond what they can reliably serve in a small mall outlet footprint.
Today was awful.
I'll remember Sarku fondly as a place for quick, awesome teriyaki while I'm having meals elsewhere.
It is truly horrible now, and I've probably eaten as much Sarku as any other American.
My wife was unable to eat the chicken dinner she purchased, I returned the dinner and asked for a refund, the young lady reluctantly agreed to put the refund on my wife's debit card but the money was never put back on the card. Definitely a bunch of crooks with crumby food.
