Mall Food. Update 12/29/2025 Wait in line and get to order & you are told they stopped making pizza at 7pm. It was 6:58pm. So you missed out on getting a sale & future sales.

3 people I had of advice and took us 22 minutes just to order. The pizza was burnt. The Stromboli was burnt no sauce just a little bit of meat and cheese inside. Meatballs were dry and they had no sauce on them even in the bucket I always Tomorrow is when I shop in the malls and I shop in different ones in George North Carolina, Tennessee but this is the worst I’ve ever had

The pizza looked very old and dried out so I went with pasta instead. The white cheddar mac and cheese was ok, nothing fantastic but good enough for a food court. What I will say is be SO careful opening those containers for the pastas. I sliced my finger pretty badly on it when I tried to open it. And when I approached a worker to ask if they happen to have a bandaid, they said yes and mentioned this happens quite a lot with their pasta containers.

The food was ok, not great, but not awful. My issue was with my drink. Since they don't have sweat tea, I got a Pepsi. However, the carbonation was messed up, so I went back up and asked if I could get a lemonade instead. The lady informed me that she was not allowed to do that. No big deal ... I'll just never eat there again.

I don’t normally post negative reviews unless it’s that bad. If this place closes down I would not be surprised one bit. I hadn’t had Sbarro in years and was excited to get the pasta. Honestly, I don’t know how the workers there weren’t embarrassed to serve what they had. The spaghetti looked like it had been sitting out for three days. It was so dried out, it almost went back to its pre-cooked original form. It was just sitting out for that long in a vat of oily water. I would say 10% of the spaghetti in the oily vat looked normal. The baked ziti was dried out and barely had sauce on it. I unfortunately settled for the pizza because that was the only thing decent there and I was already set on Sbarro. The lettuce in the Caesar salad was brown. And we are talking about romaine lettuce which doesn’t brown as fast as iceberg. The tomatoes in the tomato cucumber salad were shriveled. I’ve never seen such a sad/embarrassing display. And what upset me most is that the employees there had NO problem selling this to the public. I mean I wouldn’t even want to feed it to my trash can, that’s how offensive the food was. Not sure what the issue is, but I really hope it is remedied soon or that place won’t be open much longer.

Unfortunately the kid with the poofy hair argued about whether he put in the right slice three times in a row... It was the wrong slice. HORRIBLE customer service, cashier was on her phone during checkout and pizza came out of the oven cold. WORST SBARRO EXPERIENCE EVER.

This was my first experience eating at Sbarro and I had doubts about what I call “mall food”. I was quite surprised to find the white cheese pizza I had to be so good. The bottom crust was surprisingly crispy and the outer crust had a slight crisp with chewy texture. The 4-cheese white slice had a white sauce which was flavorful and paired well with the cheese that was topped with parsley. The XL slice is very generous and is a meal in itself, but they do have sides such as salad. For two XL slices of pizza, it was $9.98 before tip. The only drawback was on a Saturday it can be hard to find seating in the mall court. I will stop by there again while shopping.

They will send a charred black pizza that gets here freezing cold and not send the rest of the items and think job well done.
