Unfortunately the kid with the poofy hair argued about whether he put in the right slice three times in a row... It was the wrong slice. HORRIBLE customer service, cashier was on her phone during checkout and pizza came out of the oven cold. WORST SBARRO EXPERIENCE EVER.

This was my first experience eating at Sbarro and I had doubts about what I call “mall food”. I was quite surprised to find the white cheese pizza I had to be so good. The bottom crust was surprisingly crispy and the outer crust had a slight crisp with chewy texture. The 4-cheese white slice had a white sauce which was flavorful and paired well with the cheese that was topped with parsley. The XL slice is very generous and is a meal in itself, but they do have sides such as salad. For two XL slices of pizza, it was $9.98 before tip. The only drawback was on a Saturday it can be hard to find seating in the mall court. I will stop by there again while shopping.

They will send a charred black pizza that gets here freezing cold and not send the rest of the items and think job well done. My favorite was the big chunk of pizza missing from the pie that got filled with Parmigiano cheese so no one would notice.lol idiots lol

My food was decent would have been nice to not have to wait so long bc a girl with pink hair wants to talk to her boyfriend all shift we were there for 35 mins and that boy stood there the whole time very rude and
I placed a $55.00 order for 1 Extra Large Pepperoni, 1 Large White and 1 Cheesy Garlic Bread with a Pickup time of 5:15, at 5:40 they hand Me 5 pizza boxes with 3 slices in each box with Pizza that came from the window / pizza that was already cooked. When questioned I was told they were out of big boxes and this is how they do it. While waiting Two teenagers went to pay and they were told No Cash Transactions, it was just under $13.00 dollars. The kid said keep the change, We just want our pizza. The guy took the money and pushed some buttons and then asked what they had ordered to drink. I said to the Kid that his 20.00 was probably going in that guy's pocket... I took a 10 minute ride home and walked in the door with $50.00 worth of Luke Warm Pizza. After putting 3 slices of the Pepperoniand 3 slices of White on a large pizza pan it only measured 14"across. Sorry Sbarro once was enough for us..
