Wish I had photos but I didn't plan to do a review. After my meal, I just have to do it. Very authentic Korean food that is just delicious. I had the Bibimbap, my husband had the squid (forget the name). All the sides were fabulous. Everything tasted fresh. Clean restaurant. Sweetest lady working. From the reviews I don't believe some people understand cultural differences. If you're a fan of Korean cuisine give it a try!!

Great food!!!! 2nd best korean food I've ever eaten. Nothing was to spicey but packed with flavor. The sweet tes was very sweet (a plus in my book) and the people were very friendly.

We opened the door and there was not anyone at the desk, ready to greet customers, we could hear ladies(the employees) having a conversation in the next room. They didn’t acknowledge the bell, they didn’t acknowledge our presence despite there being a window where they could see us, they also didn’t acknowledge my greeting. We waited about 3 minutes in an empty restaurant. Once they saw us turning and leaving, they finally called to us and walked over. After delivering our order we didn’t see the waitress again. I went to the employees myself to request the check and containers to go. I usually tip very well but not today. Both service and food do not convince me to return.

Since I moved to Chattanooga from California, I’ve been to several Korean restaurants, they were all disappointing. None of them tasted like Korean food. Then I discovered Seoul Restaurant. In my opinion, it is the most authentic Korean restaurant in Chattanooga. I’ve tried several dishes, they were good and I could tell they were prepared with care. I would recommend this place to those who are looking for authentic Korean food

My wife is an American born Korean and knows good Korean food. The food was below average quality, flavor, and quantity for Korean places. Prices were average.
Sadly, the lady was rigid and not willing to substitute tofu for beef for a vegetarian meal. We asked for the vegetable noodle dish on the Vietnamese menu, and she was not willing to make it. When we picked up the food, she pretended to be friendly, but it felt quite insincere.
We are not likely to return
Authentic.

I would say I about Korean food but maybe I don’t know authentic Korean food. The menu was fun, the waitress smiled a lot once she came to seat us. After delivering, we didn’t see her again.
The food consistency was all super soft. The egg rolls were crispy on the outside but the filling was mush. Same for the dumplings. The Bibimbap rice was either burnt and stuck to the cast iron serving pot or mush. The vegetables had no crunch or firmness. The meat was tasty and tender. The egg was cooked well. There just wasn’t enough meat to balance out the consistency of the rest of the bowl.
Authentic Korean cuisine and a gracious host. Highly recommend. Delicious!
The appetizers could fool one into thinking they were at a sampler or extraordinary cuisine. Great meals ordered to taste.
Worst Korean restaurant I’ve ever had
Bad quality food, over-priced, server was rude
Even they may charge you extra fee on top of food costs (in my case about $10)
Never consider to visit here
I had a great experience here! The food was absolutely delicious—my shrimp pho tasted like it was made with love, reminiscent of a family home-cooked meal. Although it seemed a bit slow with no other people but me. The owner was the only one working, her sweetness and helpfulness made my experience. The service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back to support this wonderful spot.
