What can I say, I’ve known one of the owners for over 50 years and never knew what a wonderful baker she was! I’ve had the pleasure of having cookies, cake and cheesecake from this bakery any the only complaint I have is they service the Chattanooga area and are not in my town!!! You can’t go wrong eating anything they bake for you!

A last minute decision to by a few small pies instead of making dessert and I can’t wait to see what else Simply Southern Bakery can do! The little pies had perfectly flaky and delicious crust and the fillings were just as good. They were a big hit and I will definitely be going back for more!

As owners of a catering company in Chattanooga, we have worked with many vendors in the area and none are as talented and professional to work with as the ladies at Simply Southern Bakery. That is why we recommend them to EVERY client we encounter for their wedding cake or other desserts needs.We were recently involved in a wedding that resulted in a One Star rating for this business. It was completely UNWARRANTED!! The strawberry wedding cake was one of the best cakes I hav me ever tasted and many guests requested seconds and, in some cases, thirds! The poor review was left by a member of the wedding party related to set up and presentation of the groom’s cake, NOT the quality or taste of the cake. The final decision related to set up and presentation was made by the wedding coordinator and myself as the caterer. The ladies of Simply Southern Bakery had NO PART in the final decision.Simply Southen Bakery is, in our opinion, the best bakery around!!
