I was ran over by im guess the manger or owner today at food city didn't apologize or nothing cut straight in front of me in line so he could ck out faster I only had a couple things he could have waited but he didn't and didn't even say sorry I would never support a place like that if they act that way in public

The waitress Dylann is the only reason this place is getting 4 star on service. She is the only reason why it gets a star, I came here for my bachelorette and no service for the karaoke. Just she was running everything. I even witness the phone ringing and the other workers said “I’m not getting that” then the waitress got it. I’m upset this is how my experience went and I felt bad that she had to handle everything. She should get a raise and a bonus for how she was able to handle two other big groups coming in. I never got to sing any of the songs I wanted because of the slow service. I choose this place to create memories cause previously there was no issues. Again anyone wanting to celebrate with some karaoke. Again this was for my bachelorette, so I am very very disappointed.

When I visited from out of town, I noticed during the week many out-of-towners, professionals from conferences, business trips, etc. Very enjoyable atmosphere. The KJ was very nice. Food and drinks were great. The staff were very personable. I will definitely go back when I am in town!

By far the worst experience bar wise I have EVER had. There is a cover fee of $5 a person(not a problem) but we couldn’t get a clean table.Ask a waitress if a table was available and she immediately had a snarky attitude and annoyed . We waited 30 minutes until we had to ask someone to clean it. No service and the waitress was sitting by the Dj and singing karaoke songs. I went up to the bar to purchase drinks and the bartender scratched his foot in the middle of making my drink and proceeded not to wash his hands and continue 🤮🤮 As a bartender that is HIGHLY unhygienic and should NEVER happen. I still was trying to give the place a benefit of the doubt and they made my friends lemon drop shot with salt… when I told the bartender she wanted to put it in a “new glass” with salt particles consuming the lemon drop shot lol. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give this bar 0 stars I would.

Visiting Chattanooga for the first time ever and while we have all enjoyed ourselves I feel sad and concerned after leaving this establishment tonight. We listened to door security berate two young women tonight for seemingly no reason (the girls were being very respectful and understanding as far as I could tell) yet we saw security storm inside to have them removed. Once again, these girls were not causing a scene or being over-the-top, nothing. One girl told us she comes very often and is a regular.. I was surprised that the bar treats its regulars like that. She left with no quarrel however I continued hearing the security guard in question talking about her after she left and it really put me off from this spot. Not sure I could recommend this place after seeing this discourse.
Food is great, bartenders were excellent but the door security really left a bad taste in our mouths.

We were turned away 2 nights in a row.First cuz we had a bag of chips and sodas we wanted to take to the hotel (did not ask about ID)! Soooo we went back the next night my wife had no ID AND we're in our 50s. So they asked us to leave! NEVER GOING BACK! IT WAS ONE OF OUR MUST DO!

Dined in last night (around 7:30 pm) and left with severe food poisoning. We had an entire itinerary to visit all the fun things Chattanooga has to offer as a Christmas gift to ourselves ..and it was ruined. We both had the Fleetwood chicken sandwich and have been non stop violently puking, body aches, diarrhea, etc. since then.
We had to both get picked up by family from Ga and brought back to Atlanta early in the morning. Neither of us are in any condition to drive and spent the whole night in agony. Thank god our air bnb host was very kind and understanding because we unfortunately got sick everywhere. We’ve both never experienced such severe food poisoning like this. It is now 2:32 pm next day and we are both still violently ill and getting IV fluids.
Please do better sing it or wing it. The bar itself is fun and we had a blast singing karaoke. However, we did not expect to lose out on all the money spent for the trip and have it cut short by a place’s negligence with their food safety.
