We were turned away 2 nights in a row.First cuz we had a bag of chips and sodas we wanted to take to the hotel (did not ask about ID)! Soooo we went back the next night my wife had no ID AND we're in our 50s. So they asked us to leave! NEVER GOING BACK! IT WAS ONE OF OUR MUST DO!

Dined in last night (around 7:30 pm) and left with severe food poisoning. We had an entire itinerary to visit all the fun things Chattanooga has to offer as a Christmas gift to ourselves ..and it was ruined. We both had the Fleetwood chicken sandwich and have been non stop violently puking, body aches, diarrhea, etc. since then.
We had to both get picked up by family from Ga and brought back to Atlanta early in the morning. Neither of us are in any condition to drive and spent the whole night in agony. Thank god our air bnb host was very kind and understanding because we unfortunately got sick everywhere. We’ve both never experienced such severe food poisoning like this. It is now 2:32 pm next day and we are both still violently ill and getting IV fluids.
Please do better sing it or wing it. The bar itself is fun and we had a blast singing karaoke. However, we did not expect to lose out on all the money spent for the trip and have it cut short by a place’s negligence with their food safety.

This was my 1st time going to here and man was it terrible I went with a group of friends on Saturday and we ordered our food they orders their food before we got there….one of my friends mainly the one whose birthday we where celebrating ordered Tacos NEVER GOT THEM kept getting I’ll go check on them….i ordered 20 wings for me and my wife honey BBQ and garlic parm we got 20 wings but they where not right one was chipotle and some other kind and it had fries which we didn’t order cause it was extra, I only ever got 1 refill on my tea and was cramped as hell cause of how close the tables where, WILL NOT GO BACK!!

We stayed for an hour and watched everyone sing… even the DJ but they never called us to sing😫 we turned in request and waited a hour… others got to sing more than once! We weren’t part of the click No😫

My daughter is getting married tomorrow. We scheduled a visit in August to taste the menu items and inquire and get details on bringing friends and family from out of town to greet them, eat food and have fun singing karaoke. Not once did anyone mention that our family members under 21 would not be permitted in after 8pm! We mentioned that the rehearsal was at 5pm and we wouldn’t arrive until 7:30 and we were told that they could accommodate 40 people and would block the area in front near karaoke for our guests. Our wedding venue highly recommended this place so we were very excited! Family members arrived with their children, as the mother of the bride, my other daughter is 19 and her boyfriend is 20 and they were not permitted to be there with the rest of the bridal party!! It was terrible! Had we known our younger family and guests wouldn’t have been permitted in the establishment, we would have planned to go elsewhere! No one said anything! They let us purchase and sample food platters to decide what items we would select for our party and we locked down the date and as our guests arrived, we were told that the younger guests were not permitted after 8pm!!! This is not great customer service! We were embarrassed and very upset! It was my daughter’s wedding weekend and we planned in advance!! Does this type of service represent your business and management? I will share this review on social media. What we hoped would be a fun and wonderful start to the wedding weekend resulted in our group having to leave. Thank goodness for Taco Mac accommodating us across the street! Thank you Taco Mac for the amazing food, great and accommodating management and customer service! Perhaps the management team at Sing it or Wing it can learn a lesson about how to demonstrate great customer service and accommodate guests ! Sincerely, a disappointed Mother of the Bride!
Server was busy but did his best to take our order. Waited on him to get the check,but paid the bar tender and she tried to keep his tip. Other than that and a few drunk people it was cool.

I did not eat here, only had some drinks so unsure about the food. This place was so much fun. Mostly really bad entertaining karaoke with a few good mixed in. Got a beer and a shot for $9.50 so that was nice. I went twice during this trip and will be back.

The food was good, but the place was definitely understaffed. They need more waiters and waitresses. However, the ones that were there were running and working as fast as they can. The atmosphere was a good time. Everyone enjoyed the karaoke. You download an app to pick your song and put your name in the list. We had wings and they were huge, but mediocre on flavor. The Cajun fries and fried pickles are delicious. As far as drinks, they're prices well, but you get what you pay for. I do not recommend the margaritas.
