Are they closed to dinner on Saturdays...never heard back about a request for dinner reservations today

Was excited to come here based off of the reviews on google, but was highly disappointed in the service here. The bar staff seems to need further training; heard an employee tell another that they did not know how to make a drink & she told them to just make whatever, the bar was very cluttered, so no wonder they didnt know where the ingredients were . Also could use some sense of urgency. I sat at the bar and waited over 45 minutes (after I ordered and asked 4 times where it was) for one margarita, that was $15 served in a plastic cup with no lime or salt. I expect a nice crafted drink for $15 . waited this long because it seemed that the staff was enjoying smoking hookah and running back and forth to the kitchen but returning empty handed. Very confusing. I also tried to order food and the bartender told me that they had never done that before and to give them a min, to literally never return. There's 2 items on the menu, chicken ($10) or shrimp ($14), ok, how can't you input an order? Oh and I paid $20 to get in. So in all, sadly this was not the kind of place I was expecting, and probably will not return. Very beautiful establishment and had nice entertainment there, but thats about it.

Lord, have Jesus…. We visited this place back in April for Marriage Camp. Listen, the LIVE music, the atmosphere, the customer service, the ?FOOD’t. If you haven’t already, get there! I’m in Chatt often but sometimes time doesn’t allow me to stop. But I have an attitude each time that I don’t. If you don’t do it for yourself, please stop for me! And get them greens Mac and a ton of bread!

We visited Alabama and Georgia. Guys at the door made us feel welcome. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the DJ was playing great music. We will be back for the Black Friday event with my daughter, The Alona Decade!

They don’t even deserve one star, I was hired as a server before it even opened, when we finally were open we had management stealing tips and taking our tables. When myself and other colleagues confronted the OWNER about the issues we were having it seemed like a good conversation, unfortunately later that night while I was at my college class THE OWNER called me and informed me due to “CULTURAL DIFFERENCES” I was no longer employed there when I asked and stated I need that on paper he switched to the reason being a “toxic work environment” . I want to make it clear that in NO WAY were me OR my colleagues being unprofessional in asking that our tables and tips do not go to management as that is how we pay bills. I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to even try and apply here they might get feelings hurt if you point out something wrong!

The most positive thing about this establishment is the music. The ambience is okay like really just okay. I drove 2 hours and gave this place a second chance and I am disappointed. The food is basic and it's not seasoned shrimp was tough(overcooked) the fish undercooked. In the picture I see plates but we were served in plastic baskets . They are extremely overpriced for plastic wear and the nerve to charge 18% gratuity is wild. The drinks were awful...cheap alcohol. Hookah is way overpriced It appears the direction is a high level lounge like Atlanta or Nashville. This ain't that! I wish them success getting there however I recommend right now make sure you drink and eat before you come.

I gave these guys three stars only because they were slammed from the Queen tribute band, playing down the street. Or else I would have given a 1 star review it took almost 30 mins to get a drink at the bar and the bartenders weren't very friendly. They also add an automatic gratuity on every check which is "just trashy" lol. Just about every person in the restaurant was upset with the wait times on drink and food and the staff not caring.

Catfish was delicious!! Atmosphere great. Band was terrific! Biggest disappointments were not alot on the menu to choose from & credit card only. I like paying with cash whenever I go out and %18 gratuity regardless of party. Food took a while to come out, probably because there's no incentive for good service because of %18 gratuity included.

This place wants to be be high class but is a joke. Ordered salad and appetizers. All came delivered with the meal. Plastic utensils. Salad came in a to go plate $150 for dinner Does not accept cashAutomatically add 18% for tip. Nice place and pretty good good but really a joke. I would not waste my time going here. To many good options in town.I will say there was plenty of waitresses and they were all sweet and helpful. The food was good. This place just needs some guidance.

Waited an hour and 1/2 on food. We had to leave to get to the concert on time even though we told the waitress on the front end what we were doing and the time frame. It's a bar with slow service. We won't be back.

Where do I began? I walked into this restaurant sunday afternoon right when the doors open, the host was very welcoming to me and my friend, we started with mimosas and appetizers, I had the greens, black eye peas, chicken and rice egg rolls and DELECIOUS it was, after that I had the smothered steak over mash potatoes and it was very tasty, our waiter was funny, nice and couldn’t be a better host, the vibe was everything, this was my 1st trip to Chattanooga and let me say not my last and I WILL be back to six18 on my next visit. Great staff, Great Food, thank you for a great experience
