I had the banana bread iced latte. It is one of the Top 10 best lattes I’ve ever had. The cold foam was amazing. You could taste a delicate banana flavor, nothing overpowering.

Sleepyhead is my perfect coffee shop! The breakfast sandwich with an everything bagel and a soy latte make my mornings something to look forward to. The employees are always kind, pleasant, and thoughtful. I would spend hours there if I had them, the space is so welcoming. I love the intentionality behind the vegan food offerings - you don’t get that everywhere. Thank you for supporting local artists. I will always support this business!

Some people are always going to complain mainly because they have nothing else better to do. This coffee house is incredibly accepting, dirty chai's are second to none, not to mention that the staff is so friendly. Best coffee in Chattanooga. Being gluten free, I can get donuts and coffee! Yay! Double win. ☺️

I had a great time here! Ordered the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, an americano, and a London Fog donut. Everything was delicious. All pastries etc are vegan although they do offer the option for cow's milk in their coffee drinks. Cute place and friendly staff as well. Parking was a breeze. Will make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in town. What a treat!

Absolutely loved this place! Many have recommended this to me and I am so glad I went! I consider myself an iced matcha snob🤣, always trying to find the place that will make it the way I like it! This is it! The staff was so kind and helpful, the vibe was great, very clean and amazing decor. I really enjoyed the breakfast biscuit that had a scrumptious flaky crust! Check it out!

My family and I took a day trip to Chattanooga during the holidays, and Sleepyhead Coffee was first on my list—the TikTok recommendations did not disappoint. The space is cute and petite, with such a welcoming vibe. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t decide what to order, but I landed on the Lavender Latte with almond milk and a splash of vanilla for sweetness. It was delicious! If you prefer a sweeter drink, I’d recommend adding two or more pumps of vanilla or sweetener of your choice.

This also seems like a great spot to get some work done. There’s comfortable seating, plug outlets, and a quiet atmosphere—perfect for meetings or focused work.

Definitely recommend visiting!

I think my expectations may have been too high with the names of what I ordered, so, I was a little disappointed. I ordered a Peppermint Mocha Doughnut and a (seasonal) Stay Salty Blitzen latte. The latte was lukewarm, at best, and, neither item seemed to be as flavorful as their names suggested. That being said, I love supporting businesses that offer as many vegan options as this one does, so, I will support them in the future, next time I’m in the area. If they didn’t offer cow’s milk, they would be a completely vegan business. Hubs ordered an iced mocha and a maple cinnamon roll. He said both were tasty.

Very cute, very friendly. Beautiful plants and the espresso was pulled well. I will be back to Sleepyhead!

This coffee house is amazing! They truly have the best chai latte perfectly spiced, creamy, and so comforting. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly. It’s quickly become one of our favorite spots to relax and enjoy a delicious drink! Just wish we had one near gunbarrel road that would be closer to us.

This was my first time to visit this coffee place. I have been seeing it for a while and wanted to know if it was good. I walked in and was greeted quickly and warmly. I got my coffe which was done quickly also. I liked the atmosphere enough but it felt a bit industrial with some homie elements but now my vibe. It was clean and well arranged. The coffee unfortunately did not taste that great. It had a strange aftertaste. The environment was not my thing and the coffee was not what I would like to drink on a regular basis. I appreciated their good service and kindness though.

Earlier visits were delightful - fun space, good coffee, tasty food. Recent weekend visits, though, saw crowded dining area, slow service, and long waits. I assumed a drip coffee would be faster than waiting in the backlog of espresso drinks, but they apparently just put it in the queue and I waited 10 min for a drip, and they poured the half and half themselves, resulting in too much. When I asked for less cream and more coffee they wanted to wait to fix it while they made a few more drinks. The crowded space might be a me thing - not a knock on the cafe. But after waiting a while for a simple order in a place crawling with little kids and big groups, I was itching to get out as soon as I could.

I'm updating this review after coming here for about 6 months now.

The staff and owners are kind and friendly. The food is unique and economic (without compromise of quality/flavor).

Most importantly, the coffee and atmosphere is spot on. 👌🔥🙌

Oh and I can't forget, the stickers and merch is the perfect vibe for Chattanooga imo. 🙌

This place was really great! Brought my kids in and I felt like it was big enough for my kids to “be kids” without bothering anyone else. Ordered a Capp and some steamers and we got a strawberry donut and a cinnamon maple roll. Bruh, the cinnamon roll was INSANE! Was shocked it was vegan. My kids were obsessed with the disco ball. Over all just a super pleasant experience.
